00:15According to the forecast, the center of the storm's eye is last seen, 100 kilometers west-northwest of Ilocos Norte.

00:23The storm is moving at a speed of 25 kilometers per hour.

00:28There is a strong wind of 85 kilometers per hour near the center and a gust of up to 105 kilometers per hour.

00:36The wind signal No. 2 is high in the western portion of Ilocos Norte and northern portion of Ilocos Sur.

00:43Wind signal No. 1 in the remaining part of Ilocos Norte, remaining part of Ilocos Sur, northern portion of La Union,

00:52Apayau, Calinga and Abra.

00:54Wind signal No. 1 in the western portion of Mountain Province, northern portion of Benguet and western portion of Cagayan,

01:02Puga and Dalupiri Islands.

01:05According to the forecast, it is possible that the storm will leave the Philippine area of responsibility tomorrow morning.
