WHO - World Health Organization director-general Dr. Margaret Chan raised the pandemic threat awareness level from 4 to 5 out of 6, meaning the world is at imminent risk of a pandemic from H1N1 swine flu which outbreak originated in Mexico and created justified pandemic fear in Europe and the world while WHO flu director Dr. Keiji Fukuda said evidence suggests the spread of human cases of swine flu is continuing and is not likely to slow.
