00:13That's just a tight end position that's evolved, right?

00:17Good or bad.

00:18Back, what did you and I talk about during the break?

00:20All right, running backs, how they used to carry the ball 30 plus times.

00:23Well, they would do that because tight ends were blocking, right?

00:25They were blocking tight ends for the most part to give that extra offensive alignment.

00:30They just don't do that anymore.

00:31All right.

00:32It's great if you can.

00:33And Gronk was a great blocker.

00:34But now the tight ends are really a glorified wide receiver.

00:36These guys all can run like the wind.

00:38They're bigger than the state.

00:39These are the cornerbacks.

00:40They have mismatches everywhere.

00:41So that's what the tight end position has become here, which is, once again, it's what

00:45the NFL wants, right?

00:46We want 80 point ball games here, which the tight end does help.

00:50And they're certainly there.

00:51The big target over the middle, they help out the young quarterbacks here greatly.

00:56Now, I would still love to have Sam Porter.

01:00He's not going on round one, round two.

01:01It's like third round now is where you're looking at the first tight end going here,

01:05once all the superstars are gone.

01:07Kelsey is certainly there with them as well.

01:10I think Sam Porter is going to have a huge year.

01:12I do.

01:13I'd like to wait a little bit, maybe a little later on and get Dalton Kincaid, because I

01:16don't know who else Josh Allen is throwing to.

01:18You know, and I think he's going to have a big season here.

01:19Dalton Kincaid's touchdowns, by the way, five and a half, taking the over on that big time.

01:24Allen has to look at him in the red zone or the end zone a whole lot this year.

01:28The tight ends come a long way, and I'll be waiting this year because, you know, if

01:32I wait till I get the eighth and ninth tight end, that can be Jake Ferguson, 10, 11.

01:37I'm fine with Jake Ferguson as my tight end one.

01:39And I was able to load up on those running backs, load up on those wide receivers.

01:42So nothing's really changed for me.

01:43I generally waited anyway on tight end.

01:46Now I'm even more willing to do it because I know I'm going to end up with someone decent,

01:48not someone I'm like, oh, I got this guy this week.

01:51What am I going to do?
