00:07I am your host Mojo Mutati and I'm joined by someone who has the heaviest

00:12shoulders in the game coming in with not one but two titles.

00:18The one and the only Mercedes Monday, my good friend.

00:25What's up, my friend?

00:28Well, I'm hyped up.

00:29You got me hyped up because you are riding an absolute heater right now.

00:34You just got back from London for all in AEW's biggest show of the year.

00:41And that's where I'm going to start because last year you were there.

00:45You were watching though, scouting out your next move.

00:48You know, you had a lot going on still do but this year there you are

00:52defending the championship.

00:55Talk about the transition, how the match went.

00:58I got to hear about it.

01:00Oh man.

01:00I mean, I just got back from London on a Monday and just like you said

01:04last year.

01:05I didn't even walk into that arena.

01:06I was crutching myself into the arena trying to determine what was my

01:10next step in professional wrestling?

01:12Where am I going to go?

01:13Where am I supposed to be?

01:14And after watching all in last year, I knew that AEW was the place to

01:18be for me this past Sunday.

01:20I walked out and over 54,000 people and defended my TBS championship

01:25against the DMD Britt Baker.

01:27It was absolutely incredible.

01:29The crowd is electric and I can't wait to do it all again next year at

01:33AEW All-In in Dallas.

01:35I got to talk about my favorite part of your match this weekend and

01:40I'm biased because we're friends but that entrance was absolutely

01:45insane with the three dogs with you that you took all the way to London.

01:52Everyone thinks it was my dogs, but I didn't get to take, you know,

01:55Koji, Bugs Bunny and Ryu because that's a 10-hour travel day and they

01:58can't hold in their pee-pee that long.

02:01So I had to rent a dog from the Royal Palace from the Queen of

02:05Sentence herself.

02:07The dog's names were Snowden, Jam and Honey and they were the cutest

02:11little corgis ever.

02:12They honestly stole the show and almost stole my spotlight altogether,

02:16but it was the best entrance of my career thus far.

02:19It was so amazing.

02:20I got to take this back just a little bit because I got to join you on

02:25this trip, which was unbelievable.

02:27But we went out to Tokyo for the Crunchyroll Anime Awards.

02:32We were sitting with Meg Thee Stallion, got to party with her all night.

02:37The thing that was the craziest to me is she was excited to see you.

02:40She's been a big fan of yours for a very long time.

02:43I know you guys have been friends and, you know, talked back and forth

02:46about maybe getting her inside of a ring and doing some stuff there.

02:50I mean, one, talk about your love for anime and being out there for the

02:54Crunchyroll Awards, but two, Meg Thee Stallion, got to hear more about it.

02:58I mean, going out to Japan anytime is the best, but to go with my friends

03:02aka you, we had the greatest time ever.

03:05We had, what?

03:06We went to Michelin restaurants.

03:07We went to the craziest, coolest bar ever and had the best drinks, but

03:12to sit next to Meg Thee Stallion when she's like, hey Mercedes, I want

03:15to get a picture with you.

03:18It's really indescribable.

03:20A couple years back, me and Meg were actually supposed to do something

03:23in the ring together.

03:24So we were just rehashing that conversation, seeing where that can

03:27all play in the future.

03:29Whether that shoot's going to be my tag team partner or my opponent,

03:32we have to see, but I definitely want to get Meg Thee Stallion in the

03:35ring very, very soon one day.

03:37Oh my gosh, that would be so much fun.
