00:22Yes, currently, the National Power Grid is restoring the service, you know, once at a

00:29time because there is no possibility to restore everything at the same time.

00:34Also, the authorities have been explaining that this sabotage against the National Power

00:39Grid affected 80% of the coverage in the service.

00:44That's to say that moreover, the 24 states here in Venezuela have been affected by this

00:51attack on the power grid.

00:53Also, as we have been commenting and we have been abounding on, the people here in Venezuela

01:01and precisely here in Caracas, they have been finding strategies to sort off or to navigate

01:07a day like this one that have been special for saying that in one way because of the

01:13attack on the power grid and the lack of service in many homes and commerces here in the city.

01:19Also, as we were saying, many of them are just trading using cash.

01:24They did that so in the day and also they are finding other strategies.

01:30The Minister of Transport issued 250 Metrobus units, which is a kind or a type of bus here

01:48Maduro Moros, recently said that the recovery is moving on.

01:53The recovery of the national electoral grid is moving and it is expected that the total

02:04Also, as many people have been reporting on X and in other social media platforms, they

02:13have been receiving the service back in several parts of the city.

02:18It is expected that the city is also recovered.

02:21I have to say that many people have been reporting also that they had issues with the refrigeration

02:31and the keeping in store of their products.

02:33Moreover, the commercials, the market owners, but also they have been open and they have

02:39been selling their goods and their merchandise during the day.

02:43The city has never come to a stop, never come to a halt, and the city is still living their

02:50day by day, their daily lives, their daily activities with normalcy.

02:55Also, at this moment, I can say that this sabotage against the national power grid falls

03:02in line one month after the electoral victory of Nicolás Maduro Moros in the July 28th

03:08presidential elections.

03:10And it is not a coincidence that yesterday the General Attorney issued the third indictment

03:19against Edmundo González Urrutia, the third calling for him to be present and to go and

03:25face justice and face also the institutions, the judicial institutions here in Venezuela

03:32because of his contempt with the electoral law, his disregard for the calling of the

03:38Supreme Court of Justice and the electoral hall of that institution here in Venezuela.

03:45Also, and moreover, he was called by the authorities to present the so-called evidence that he

03:51had of whatever happened on July 28th regarding the electoral process and the sabotage suffered

03:58by the electoral system and the voting machines that day.

04:03So everything falls in line with other attacks that happened here on Tuesday and affected

04:08the northern zone of Caracas, and now also it falls in line with his calling by justice

04:14to Edmundo González Urrutia, who is in this contempt we were saying, and he is running

04:19away from justice, he is giving his back to the institutions of the country, and he is

04:25also irrespecting the institutions here in Venezuela.

04:36steps from the protocol of the right, from their script of attacks and violence against

04:42the people of Venezuela, because they know that when they attack the national power grid,

04:47they are hitting an infrastructure that corresponds to every service in the country, the health

04:54care institutions, the transportation, and every one of the paramount sectors that intervene

05:00in the normalcy of the country, in the normal development of daily activities, and because

05:06of that affects directly every single one of the Venezuelan people.

05:11But the government is recovering the electoral power grid, it's also identified what are

05:16the mistakes, the errors, and maybe the most weak link in this chain to solve the issue,

05:24and also they are saying that they will find the responsible ones and make them accountable

05:31to justice, so they will be taken into law, taken into court, and they will have to answer

05:39for their actions.
