My Final Message to 2024-08-30

00:00Life is a journey with many turns, and most will be challenging.

00:08Some turns are bright and full of joy, and you can't wait to get up another morning because

00:13you want more of what life has to offer you.

00:16Others are dark and filled with pain, and you can't see your way past tomorrow.

00:21My journey began with shadows because I never received support from my mother or father.

00:27As a child I faced bullies.

00:29They were cruel.

00:30I was different, and different wasn't in demand.

00:34They made me feel small, and no one was around to tell me, you are better than your situation,

00:38and with God's help and strong determination, you can beat this thing.

00:42I also learned about betrayal.

00:44When you think someone is on your side, you need to think again because they are not,

00:48and never were.

00:50Someone I trusted stole from me, they stole my trust.

00:52This hurt more than any bully.

00:54These experiences shaped me.

00:56I learned about pain early on, it has always been an old friend I could do without.

01:01But I also learned about strength.

01:03I discovered that I had a voice, and I would not be silenced.

01:07I would use my voice to speak for others who were hurting.

01:11I would use my voice to fight for what is right.

01:16As I grew older, the world presented new challenges.

01:20I saw the ugliness of prejudice.

01:22I experienced discrimination because of my race.

01:26It happened in stores, on the streets, and even in workplaces.

01:30These experiences were disheartening.

01:32They made me question the goodness of humanity.

01:34But I refused to give in to despair.

01:37I knew that I had to be the change I wanted to see in the world.

01:41I spoke out against injustice.

01:43I challenged stereotypes.

01:44I treated everyone with respect, regardless of their race, religion or background.

01:52Life is full of relationships.

01:54Some relationships bring us immense joy, others bring us heartache.

01:58I have experienced both, I have loved and lost, I have been hurt and betrayed, marriage

02:02is a sacred bond.

02:04But it is not always easy.

02:06I have learned that love requires effort, patience and understanding.

02:10Sometimes, despite our best efforts, relationships fall apart.

02:15Divorce is never an easy experience, it is a time of sadness, confusion and healing.

02:21Through these trials, I have learned the importance of forgiveness, forgiving others

02:25and forgiving myself.

02:27Forgiveness is not a sign of weakness, but of strength.

02:30It allows us to move on and find peace.

02:37One world, shared responsibility, a plea for unity and respect.

02:42We live in a world that is often divided.

02:44Divided by borders, by beliefs, by greed, but we are all connected.

02:50We must learn to live together in peace and harmony.

02:57Disagreement is healthy, but disrespect only leads to chaos.

03:01We must respect other countries and their cultures.

03:04Diversity is a strength, not a threat.

03:07And we must respect our environment.

03:09The earth is our home, we must treat it with care, for ourselves and for future generations.

03:15Let us work together to create a world where everyone feels valued, respected and safe.

03:31Material possessions can only bring temporary happiness.

03:35True fulfillment comes from within, from serving others, from making a difference in the world.

03:41Dedicate your life to something bigger than yourself.

03:46Connect with something greater than yourself.

03:48This could be through religion, meditation or simply spending time in nature.

03:53The journey may be challenging, but the rewards are immeasurable.

03:56Let go of the need to control everything.

03:59Trust in the journey, trust in the process, find solace in knowing that you are not alone.
