00:46My name is Marshall Craig. I'm 71 years old. I'm actually staying in the posh end of
00:54Clune Park Estate. It's due for demolition, but to be quite honest with you, I don't want to move.
01:03They'll need to send me to a railing or a radiator to be quite honest with you.
01:24It is very quiet actually, apart from the fires and what have you. It's been pretty quiet compared to what it used to be like.
01:38There's one or two in every block.
01:53There's about 430 as far as I know in this estate. The rest of them, they look pretty dodgy. You wouldn't put a dog in them to be quite honest with you.
02:18But this block here, it's actually very good. It's like a castle. The walls are two feet thick. Great view, good neighbours. What more is there to say?
02:48They certainly could. People could move back here. It would help solve some of the housing situation. It's sad, but it's not an impossible situation.
03:13It could be done up. I think it's mostly cosmetic. It's your windows, it's your floors, it's your doors. A bit of paint, a wee bit of TLC, and this place could be great.
03:43We're 30 miles from Glasgow. The bus services are great, the train services are great. I've even cycled up there.
04:13I'm a bit concerned. I do not want to move again. I can't be arsed to move again, to be quite honest with you.
04:38Just do the place up. Leave us boldies where we are, and everybody's happy.
