00:00It's good having the balance, a good balance.

00:02You know, I do fall in the middle sometimes.

00:0523 is a bit of an awkward age now.

00:07But it's good to be where I am.

00:10But I think we've got a good mix in the group.

00:13And I think that only drives a standard, really.

00:17You know, the young lads in training,

00:20they want to always show what they can do

00:23and give a bit.

00:24And the older lads will, if they're not doing it,

00:26they'll put a buck on it and make sure

00:29their stand's always high.

00:30So again, that makes the team and the spirit better.

00:35And now, you know, you can see we've got a good,

00:39we've got a good squad where it's going to be hard for places.

00:42So if you're not doing the business in training,

00:46then, you know, someone good enough will be fighting

00:50their chance to get in.

00:53And again, that, I've said a lot, that drives the standard.

00:58And that always needs to be consistent throughout the season.

01:02And that will show in our performance on the pitch.
