00:00The Department of Justice will file a complaint against Sheila Guo and Cassandra Lee Ong.

00:11The main thing is that a week has not passed since the arrest of Cassandra Lee Ong and Sheila Guo.

00:20The inquest proceedings of the Department of Justice and the National Prosecution Service were released today.

00:28The DOJ said that Sheila Guo has a case of disobedience to summon and violation of the Philippine Passport Act,

00:37while Ong has a case of disobedience to summon slain and obstruction of justice.

00:42These are the cases that the prosecutors said were filed yesterday.

00:47These are the cases that are available or can be filed against Ong and Guo.

00:51But the DOJ said that these are not the only cases that will be filed against the two.

00:56Aside from the cases filed by the National Bureau of Investigation,

01:00they are also investigating the filing of money laundering against Sheila and Ong,

01:06and the case of human trafficking against Ong because of his involvement in the Pogo Hub in Pampanga.

01:13At this time, we are just confirming to the prosecutors and the Department of Justice

01:18where the court has filed these cases against Ong and Guo.
