00:22Director, in your monitoring, what are the places

00:26that are affected by the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat?

00:30And what are the places that are currently severely affected by the bad weather?

00:37Yes, just a while ago, after our meeting,

00:41what we call a weather outlook meeting with the NDRMC member agencies,

00:47with our science forecasting agencies,

00:50along with Pagasa, DOSC Pagasa and DNR-MGB.

00:55The report of Pagasa is that the Southwest Monsoon will bring moderate to heavy rains

01:08over Metro Manila, Bataan, Sambalet, Cavite, Batangas, Panawan, Occidental, Mindoro and Romblon.

01:17Tomorrow, this condition will be prevented, although they said the rain will be lesser degree.

01:24But we still have reports tomorrow, a forecast of moderate to heavy rains here in Pangasinan, Bataan, Sambalet,

01:33northern portion of Palawan and Occidental, Mindoro.

01:36So basically, what happened yesterday is the effect of Habagat and heavy rainfall here in Metro Manila.

01:46Sir, how are the places that are affected by the heavy rainfall?

01:52So far ma'am, we have not reported any affected areas.

02:00But we only have flooded areas here in Valenzuela, Quezon City,

02:11and other areas in Manabon, Navotas, San Juan and Manila.

02:24For the information of everyone here in Lamesa Dam,

02:28what should the residents who live nearby do?

02:33What is the issue there? Why should they be more careful now?

02:39Yes. Just like what happened here in the surrounding areas of Lamesa Dam.

02:47The flood advisory issued an order to warn the local governments and municipalities within the area and stretch of Lamesa Dam

03:04and its rivers and tributaries.
