00:00We humans have a problem that we don't have patience, we don't wait.

00:04Allah has hidden so many secrets in it, and there is so much healing in it, and there are so many benefits in it that we don't realize.

00:12Now I will explain this to you practically with an example.

00:15I have witnessed this myself, and I don't know how many times you must have done it in your life.

00:20Why does Allah say that you have to wait and be patient?

00:23Who knows, what you are asking from Allah is not for you.

00:27And who knows, Allah has kept something better for you than that.

00:32Now to get that better thing, you have to wait.

00:36You can't get both at the same time.

00:38Now I will explain this to you practically.

00:40I used to take a session of a student, she was a 23-24 year old girl.

00:45So she had a problem at that time, not now, it was a year ago.

00:49So she was not able to take any decision.

00:51It was a family related decision, so she was not able to take a decision.

00:55Although she knew, she had clarity, she knew the direction.

00:58But she said, I am not able to motivate myself to take this decision.

01:01I am very scared.

01:02Fear of unknown.

01:03And fear of unknown, I always tell you, is the weakness of your faith, that you don't have faith in Allah.

01:09So I took her sessions on this thing, and motivated her a lot.

01:13I told her to take a decision, and don't look at anything else.

01:16You just have to trust one person, Allah.

01:19And do only one thing, and you have to do that for yourself.

01:22And you have to do that, that you have to offer Salah, before taking a decision.

01:27But this Salah will be different from other Salah.

01:30In this, you have to tell Allah, like you came to me, you told me.

01:34You have to tell Allah all these things.

01:36After completing Salah, after Sajdah, after Salam, you have to tell Allah all these things.

01:41And you have to tell Allah, that you have started taking this decision.

01:45And if this decision is right, then Allah will definitely give you something else in return.

01:50And if this decision is not right, then He will make you take the right decision.

01:55Make this decision better.

01:57She did like this, and after that I didn't talk to her.

02:01One year later, I get a voice note through my assistant.

02:06And it was a 5-6 minute long voice note, and she was the only girl in it.

02:12She said, she had taken my name, and she asked me to convey this message to her.

02:17One year before, I had taken such a session.

02:20And she had told me these things, and I had told her those things.

02:23And today, Alhamdulillah, I laugh at that problem.

02:27I had taken that decision, and I had taken it as you had told me.

02:31And I was so close to Allah.

02:32And at that time, for the first time in my life, she said,

02:34I have talked to Allah, I have talked to Allah.

02:38And I was so relieved, that now whatever I wanted, that also happened.

02:43In fact, it got better.

02:45Now, I am living a normal life, and I don't even have the pain and sorrow that I had before.

02:50So, thank you, and all that.

02:52So, I told her, don't say thank you to me.

02:55Because, only Allah can do this.

02:58He did this.

02:59Now, why did I give you this example?

03:01This was just one example.

03:02I can give you hundred of examples.

03:05Which will be from my life, and from someone else's life.

03:08We don't trust Allah.

03:10We have to take a decision.

03:12We don't take a decision just because we don't have faith in Allah.

03:16We are weak.

03:17We are afraid.

03:18However, He is the Master, He is the Provider.

03:21He looks after the matters.

03:22He is the Owner of every condition.

03:24He is the Creator.

03:26And the breaths that you and I are breathing,

03:29the union of those breaths,

03:30when to go in, when to go out,

03:32this is also calculated.

03:34And this is also happening because of Him.

03:37What I am saying right now, this is also because of Him.

03:39And what you are listening to, this is also because of Him.

03:42So, in my life, I will tell you to do this.

03:46I myself do these things.

03:48I don't have a circle, a friend circle.

03:53People think that I am very close to Allah.

03:55Although, I am a sinner like others.

03:58But, it seems to people.

04:00And I don't hold on to this.

04:02I say more that Allah should give me more guidance.

04:05So, the reason for this is that I talk to Him.

04:08I talk to Him.

04:10And I talk to Him like we talk to a friend.

04:13Like we tell him our problem.

04:15You make this routine every day.

04:17Tell him everything.

04:19And then see how your problems are solved.

04:21Your anxiety, your depression, your anxiety.

04:23You don't need to go to a psychologist or a therapist.

04:29We have so many beautiful things in our religion.

04:32A believer should not have depression.

04:34It doesn't happen.

04:35You are worried because
