01:17In its statement, Ukraine's foreign ministry said,

01:20We warn that in case of a violation of Ukraine's state border by Belarus, our state will take

01:25all necessary measures to exercise the right to self-defense guaranteed by the U.N. Charter.

01:31Consequently, all troop concentrations, military facilities and supply routes in Belarus will

01:36become legitimate targets for the armed forces of Ukraine.

01:48And concerns are growing over new Taliban laws banning women's voices and bare faces

01:52in public in Afghanistan.

01:54U.N. officials say the rules extend the, quote, already intolerable restrictions on the rights

01:59of women and girls.

02:01Those new rules come nearly three years after the Taliban seized control of the country

02:04in 2021 following the withdrawal of U.S. troops there.

02:25In Pakistan's Balochistan province lie the charred remains of a deadly attack on civilians.

02:31At least 73 people were killed when separatist militants, the Baloch Liberation Army, launched

02:37multiple attacks across the province and security forces retaliated.

02:43The largest attack, a hit on a highway where the BLA executed 23 civilians in cold blood.

02:50The group also targeted police stations, killing at least 10.
