03:50And on foggy nights, he smuggled the goods inside a miniature sub

03:54That was made to look like the Loch Ness Monster

03:57The sub was controlled automatically by the sound of the bagpipes

04:04And like that's why when Scooby played them, the monster came after him

04:10But I've sworn we were seeing a ghost floating from tower to tower like he did

04:14He wasn't really floating

04:16He was sliding down this wire

04:18Well, that clears up the mystery

04:20I can open up for tourists again
