04:30the punishments for the crimes committed against minors

04:35are death penalty and life imprisonment.

04:45There have been many cases of fraud in the name of marriage with daughters.

04:55Earlier, there was no clear law for this.

04:59Now, in the Indian Constitution,

05:03the false promises of marriage and fraud have also been clearly defined.

05:14I assure you that the central government

05:20is with the state governments in every way to stop the atrocities against women.
