Kay Broom’s son has been missing his grandma, who passed away from cancer six years ago.
For his birthday, his heartfelt wish was to see her one more time and give her a hug.
To bring comfort and solace to her son, Kay bought a cuddly toy with a photo of her son and his grandma that featured 'A Cuddle from Heaven.'
