00:00And when they tried Abraham, his Lord, with words, and he fulfilled them, he said,
00:10Indeed, I will make you for the people a leader. He said, And of my progeny? He said,
00:20He will not attain the covenant of the wrongdoers.
00:24And when We made the House a resting place for the people and a safety,
00:30And they took from the station of Abraham a place of prayer,
00:36And We made a covenant with Abraham and Ishmael that they would purify My House for those who go about and those who remain and those who bow and prostrate.
00:56And when Abraham said, My Lord, make this a safe city and provide for its people from the fruits of those who believe in them in Allah and the Last Day.
01:21He said, And whoever disbelieves, I will give him a little enjoyment. Then they forced him to the punishment of the Fire, and wretched is the destination.
01:36And when Abraham raised the foundations of the House and Ishmael said, Our Lord, accept from us. Indeed, You are the Hearing, the Knowing.
01:54Our Lord, and make us submissive to You and from our progeny a nation submissive to You. And show us our rites and have mercy on us. Indeed, You are the Accepting of Repentance, the Merciful.
02:18Our Lord, and raise among them a messenger from among themselves reciting to them Your verses and teaching them the Book and wisdom and purifying them. Indeed, You are the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
02:44And who would desire from the religion of Abraham except one who is foolish in himself? And We have chosen him in this world, and indeed, in the Hereafter he is of the righteous.
03:02When his Lord said to him, Submit. He said, I have submitted to the Lord of the worlds.
03:10And Abraham enjoined upon his sons and Jacob, O my sons! Indeed, Allah has chosen for you the religion, so do not die except when you have submitted.
03:29Or were you witnesses when Jacob the Dead came when he said to his sons, What will you worship after me?
03:52They said, We worship your god and the god of your fathers, Abraham, Ishmael, and Isaac, one god, and we are to him submissive.
04:12That is a nation that has passed away. To it is what it earned, and to you is what you earned. And you will not be asked about what they used to do.
