Jennifer Garner is NOT getting back with her ex-husband Ben Affleck in the wake of his divorce ... she's happily in a relationship with her boyfriend John Miller, despite reports to the contrary.

00:12But first, Jen Garner has been a big topic of conversation

00:17ever since Jennifer Lopez, the story we broke earlier

00:20this week that Jennifer Lopez filed for divorce.

00:22And a lot of people have been wondering,

00:24does this mean that Ben Affleck and Jen Garner

00:28are getting back together?

00:30I've heard so many people say that, Charles.

00:32Speculate it's going to happen.

00:33Well, and part of the reason we should,

00:35I think I know where the speculation came from,

00:37the smile on Ben Affleck's face

00:40when he came back from a trip back east.

00:42He and Jen Garner were on that private jet,

00:44along with some of, I think, one of their kids.

00:47But they had gone back to Yale to drop off Violet,

00:51who was starting her freshman year.

00:52But everyone was like, why is he smiling so much?

00:55He usually has this unhappy look on his face.

00:59And yeah, you don't see him like that.

01:00He's resting Ben Fix.

01:01Right.

01:02Well, that's why people thought that maybe they're

01:05getting back together.

01:06What they keep forgetting is about a guy named John Miller,

01:09who is Jen Garner's boyfriend, has been for a long time,

01:13and what we're told, still is.

01:15Yes, you guys.

01:16So we're told that she is still with John Miller.

01:19And they are still very happy, very much in love.

01:23She has no plans on rekindling anything romantic

01:26with Ben Affleck.

01:28And we're also told that John is a very confident guy.

01:31He totally understands and gets the co-parenting situation

01:35that Jen has with Ben.

01:37He is not worried at all, and all is good.

01:40But kind of like you guys said,

01:42I think people thought, look,

01:44crazier things have happened in Ben Affleck's life.

01:46I don't think anyone suspected he was gonna get back

01:48with J-Lo after two decades, but he did.

01:52And, you know, it wouldn't be out of the norm

01:55for him to rekindle things with the mother of his children.

01:59He did buy a house in Brentwood,

02:01very close to where Jen Garner and their kids live.

02:04And like you said, Charles,

02:05they have been spending a lot of time together.

02:07He looks the happiest he's looked in a long time,

02:10at least in what we were seeing in photos.

02:13I mean, there's being-

02:14That's more about just the kids and family than a romantic.

02:16Right, I'm sure, right.

02:17Big moment for one of his kids.

02:19There's being confident, Charles,

02:21and then, you know, there's, this guy's Ben Affleck.

02:24He's rich, he's handsome, he's famous.

02:26They have history together.

02:27They have family.

02:28I mean, I would probably,

02:31despite not wanting to admit it, if I'm John Miller,

02:34I'd probably be a little bit, a little worried.

02:36I wouldn't love to see Ben getting off the plane smiling.

02:39The only thing I would say is that

02:40as long as John Miller and Jen Garner have been together,

02:42Ben Affleck has always been co-parenting with Jen Garner.

02:46So that's why I think John is probably used to it.

02:48He just happens to be single right now.

02:51Also, look, here's the thing too.

02:53I think fans think, look,

02:55Ben would probably get back with Jen,

02:57but I don't think Jen would get back with Ben.

03:00I think Jen is like crushing it in her life right now.

03:05She's in a really good place.

03:07And I think Jen's the kind of person where she's like,

03:09look, I tried, I did my best,

03:11it didn't work, and I'm moving on.

03:14And we're better as co-parents than we were as a couple.

03:18By the way, speaking of Ben Affleck's ex estranged,

03:21I guess they're not technically exes yet,

03:24Jennifer Lopez, in her divorce filing,

03:27there was something she did request.

03:29We told you, no spousal support,

03:31and doesn't want Ben to get spousal support either.

03:33She's not asking for it.

03:34But what she does want to leave with is her name.

03:37Because in the documents,

03:39she writes out very clearly that she wants,

03:42and remember, she filed this without an attorney,

03:45she wants to take back her married name.

03:47I didn't even know that she had changed her name

03:49when they got married in 2022.

03:49She never changed it professionally, obviously.

03:51She still went by Jennifer Lopez,

03:53but she had legally taken the name Affleck.

03:55And I think had even probably at one point

03:58like posted something about that.

04:00But no, Ben, you can have the name.

04:03What this shows you is Jen's had four marriages, right?

04:08A lot of them, we didn't hear anything

04:09about her changing the last name.

04:11The fact that she did with Ben Affleck

04:13just really shows you how much they believed

04:16this was the forever marriage.

04:18And remember on the ring,

04:19Ben even engraved on her engagement ring

04:21saying not going anywhere.

04:23Like they thought this was it.

04:24As you guys know, there's no prenup.

04:26So they did not see any ending to this relationship.

04:31And it's kind of sad,

04:32but with J-Lo now asking to drop that Affleck name,

04:36go back to Jennifer Lynn Lopez,

04:39it just shows you also how ready she is to move on.

04:59He looked quite frankly miserable the entire time.

05:03I think she was looking for that fairytale wedding

05:05and that fairytale marriage,

05:07and it just didn't fit for whatever reason.

05:11And I think she's making the right choice.

05:13Go back to her old name.

05:14We don't care.

05:15Move on.

05:16Go on to the next.

05:17Maybe she's a janitor at this point.

05:19She's dated every single type of man you could think of.

05:22A producer, a singer, a rapper, an athlete.

05:26Yeah, maybe it's time to get out of the entertainment business.
