00:13They've really been the two best teams in baseball, but the Dodgers who kind of had

00:17that little low for a little while have also now been smoking hot and they've gotten all

00:22their guys back.

00:23I mean, Muncie comes back, he's been on fire.

00:26They bring everybody, you know, Bueller's come back.

00:28We'll see how he goes for them.

00:29Betts has come back, he's played well.

00:31As good as Arizona and San Diego have been, they're still four out.

00:37They got as close as two and a half, but the Dodgers have that little gap.

00:40I don't think they'll be able to catch them, Scott, over these last six weeks, but I do

00:45think that Arizona and San Diego are absolutely ticketed for postseason play.

01:05Padres won both and that helped springboard them toward their current hot streak.

01:10But that Dodger team that went 0-2 in San Diego, that was when Freddie Freeman's son

01:15was going through his health issue and Freddie wasn't with the team.

01:19Mookie Betts was still on the injured list.

01:22Max Muncie was out.

01:25So the Dodgers team the Padres got a few weeks ago was really, to me, only about 60% capacity.

01:31And now they're, as you said, they're not completely back.

01:35The biggest issue is rotation.

01:37Walker Bueller does not look good.

01:39He got batted around again last night.

01:42Right now, he's a guy that'll give you four or five innings and give up three or four

01:47runs during that time.

01:48I mean, he's not the ace that he once was.

01:52That's going to be an issue if the Dodgers can't figure it out.

01:54They have so many pitching issues, but still, they have so much depth.

01:58And man, when you get Otani, Betts, and Freeman, 1-2-3, and then Muncie lengthens out.

02:05As you said, you cannot be hotter than the Padres and Dimebacks.
