00:00Hey, stop drinking sad airplane gin and tonics and make a french 75 instead. Before you head to

00:05your gate, grab at least three to four lemon wedges from an airport bar or cafe and store

00:10them in a small to-go container with a lid. Then, when your bar cart angel approaches,

00:14ask for gin, sparkling wine, sugar packets, a cup with ice, and a cup without. First,

00:19juice three of those lemon wedges into the cup without ice. Then, pour in approximately half of

00:24your sugar packet and give it a good stir with a swizzle stick until the sugar begins to dissolve.

00:29Pour in the entire bottle of gin, then pour that mixture into your fresh cup of ice. Give it a

00:34good stir for at least 15 seconds with your swizzle stick, stirring on the outermost edge of your cup

00:39to combine any remaining sugar. Top with sparkling wine, garnish with a lemon wedge if you have
