Joe turns up for his meeting with the "property developer" only to discover he's been duped and it's actually Len. Len tells him that he wants to cut a deal. Len tries to strike a deal with Joe. If he gets Tina to tell the truth in court that David started the fight not Gary, then he'll give Joe a big kitchen contract.
