00:00The most important thing in the world is health, because you have nothing if you're dying.
00:03Second thing is family and friends who you love.
00:05And the third is money, because it's everything else.
00:07The smartest thing the rich people ever did was convince the broke people that money doesn't
00:11make you happy.
00:13Biggest scam alive, because money is freedom.
00:16It's freedom to drive what you want, eat where you want, go where you want.
00:19Money is freedom.
00:20So you want to say money doesn't buy happiness, well then you're saying you're happy to be
00:23a slave, because only money is going to give you freedom.
00:26So money absolutely is happiness, because freedom is a bare minimum requisite to happiness.
00:32I can't think of many scenarios where being rich was a detriment over being poor.
00:37There's not many.
00:38I think money is a bare minimum requirement for happiness, especially if you're a masculine
00:41man who wants to out-compete, then you need money, because money is basically everything.
00:45And they've convinced people, the poor people, oh yeah, he has money, but you know, I have
00:49friends and family who love me, so do I.
00:53People are psyoped into thinking that rich people are somehow lacking somewhere else,
00:57and I'm sure some of them are, but not all of them.
00:59There are some people that have everything, just don't have to accept it.
01:02Some people just have it all.
01:04They have friends and family and good relationships and love their kids, and a bunch of money.
01:10And if that doesn't anger you to get up and make a bunch of money, well I don't know what
01:12will.
01:13The solutions I've come up with in my mind, of course, are money, because money is power.
01:17I want people to understand that when I talk about, we talk about how money is the root
01:20of all evil, money is also the root of all good.
01:24Money is the vested time and interest of other humans.
01:27If you have a bunch of money, you have the stored energy of other people.
01:30I'll give you a very simple example.
01:31I have money, so I can get somebody to sweep my floor.
01:34I have their stored time and energy in a note, or on a bank balance, where I can make them
01:40sweep the floor for as many hours as I so choose, because I can afford to pay them.
01:43It's the stored time and energy of other people.
01:45So for evil to be done, it requires the time and energy of humans, and for good to be done,
01:49it requires the time and energy of humans.
01:51So money is like gunpowder.
01:52It can be used for good, it can be used for bad.
01:55It's like germ theory.
01:57You can save people's lives, or you can create a pathogen that decimates a populace.
02:02So it can go both ways.
02:04Money is certainly an answer, because if you're completely broke, it's hard for you to influence
02:07other people and influence the world by extension.
02:10So money is super important.
02:11And the other thing I think is important is fraternity and brotherhood and living for
02:14something larger than just money itself.
02:17I've never in my life seen anyone who's determined to get something, not get it.
02:23I've never seen somebody who is determined in their heart to get something, not get it.
02:29The universe and God is so giving and providing.
02:32People think it's difficult out here.
02:33I disagree.
02:34I've never seen someone wake up and say, nah, this is all I care about.
02:38This is all I want, not get it.
02:40Everyone who thought that way in fighting was a world champion.
02:42Everyone who thought that way about money was rich.
02:44I've never seen anyone fail.
02:46Bro, I've seen people with no credit score and no job determined to get an R8, managed
02:51to get one on finance somehow.
02:52I've seen it.
02:53If it's all you want, you're going to get it.
02:55You're going to find a way to get it.
02:56You're going to find a way.
02:57People go, oh, I want this.
02:59If you wanted it, you'd have it.
03:00People often say, if you try your best, it's okay to fail.
03:04But what they don't understand, the true secret to the universe is that if you try your best,
03:07you never fail.
03:08Yeah.
03:09That's what people don't understand.
03:10And most people aren't trying.
03:13They aren't trying.
03:14They don't know what trying is.
03:18People are genuinely not out here giving their absolute best because if you were, you'd have
03:21everything you've ever desired.
03:22You'd have anything you've ever wanted and asked for.
03:25Instead, what people do is they cope and convince themselves they're trying.
03:29Oh, I tried, but I need to work life balance and it's hard.
03:33I was trying.
03:35All garbage.
03:36All code.
03:37I can't stop myself working as a person who doesn't need money.
03:41And then there's people with no money who don't work.
03:44It blows my mind, which is why the winners are winners and the losers are losers.
03:49Losers do a little bit of work and rest.
03:51Winners work as hard as possible and worry they're not working hard enough.
03:55It's just a separation of personality types.
03:58I have something I said in my email recently.
04:00I said, you could give the average man a brand new Ferrari and a roadmap and a coffee and
04:07a full tank of gas and tell him the destination, success, and halfway along the drive, he'll
04:13quit because it's too far.
04:15How well you set it up for people, they'll quit.
04:19It's over 10% into the year now.
04:21I wonder if anyone who made a New Year's resolution sits and says, it's over 10% into the year.
04:26Am I at 10% of my goal?
04:29Because your ass said you were going to be a millionaire when you were drunk on New Year's
04:32Eve.
04:33Well, you need to have a hundred grand saved.
04:35Do you have a hundred thousand?
04:37Have you even done the feedback on your own goal you made 30 short days ago to realize
04:41that you're nowhere near it and you're not going to make it?
04:44No.
04:45Oh, I got the rest of the year.
04:48And then wonder why they fail.
04:49You should have a daily target.
04:51Not enough people look back on what they did and identify where they made a mistake.
04:56And some people will do it when they lose, but the true professionals do it when they
05:01win.
05:02When my dad was playing a chess game, if he won the game, he would still analyze the game
05:05and see if he could have lost where it could have gone wrong, how he could have won faster,
05:10what mistakes he did make, what he did well, what he did wrong, win or lose.
05:15So many people will sit in a scenario where everything went wrong and go, in fact, correction,
05:20not so many people.
05:21I would say 75% of people will not ever self analyze the situation or in the blame of others.
05:28If they went to jail, like I did, they'd say, they put me in jail because they're liars
05:31and the matrix did it, did it fine.
05:34It's true.
05:35But when I was in jail, I was like, how did I get here?
05:38What did I do?
05:40What did I say?
05:41Who did I piss off?
05:43What institutions want me in jail?
05:45What did I do?
05:46That angered them?
05:47Me, me, me.
05:48I'm taking absolute self accountability for everything.
05:50I'm not blaming anyone else because if I blame everything else, I have no control.
05:54If I blame myself that I can influence, I have control over it.
05:58So 75% of people blame other people or they blame other things.
06:01I lost my business because of COVID.
06:03No, you lost your business because of you.
06:05I lost my girl because her friends were, no, you lost your girl because of you and you
06:08lost your car because of you.
06:09And it's all your fault because that's the only thing that gives you control and power.
06:13The other 10%, we said 75, that's 85, now it has to be much higher.
06:18Let's say the other 20%, which brings up to 95% of the total populace, will look at a
06:22situation in which they lose and they might self analyze and they might try and learn
06:26from the loss and they'll try and find the feedback involved in the loss to make sure
06:30they don't lose again, which is obviously better than not analyzing at all.
06:35And the top 5%, the absolute highest echelon are people who are going to analyze every
06:39decision they've ever made, win or lose.
06:41I analyze my wins as well.
06:43See where you went right.
06:44See where I went right.
06:45See where I went wrong.
06:46See where it worked.
06:47You need to analyze your whole life.
06:48Your life needs to be feedback.
06:49You know, I always found the one thing that was always amazing to me and this happened
06:51to me even just the other day.
06:52I'll be driving one of my 59 Supercars and it's raining and it's dark and it's cold and
06:59I see people at a bus stop and I'm at the traffic light and I'm like, it's freezing
07:06and it's raining and it's night time and you can't afford an Uber.
07:11If that won't motivate you, I don't go along with it.
07:15Because the worst thing about the bus isn't the bus, it's the time you wait for the bus.
07:18Time is money.
07:19You're going to sit in there for 45 minutes in the freezing cold and waste your time to
07:26save a couple dollars on an Uber and you don't feel panic to get rich.
07:33This is what I think is amazing to me about motivation.
07:36I don't feel motivated.
07:37Neither do I sometimes.
07:38You're not going to always feel like doing it.
07:42You have to do it anyway because it's your duty to do it because you don't want to be
07:45a loser.
07:46That's the whole point.
07:47If you felt like doing it all the time, then there would be no magic to it.
07:52The magic is that you do it regardless of how you feel.
07:55What do you mean you need motivation?
07:59You don't need motivation.
08:00You have a duty to not be a loser anymore because the hole in the sky is closing.
08:05I think most normal people understand if you were to ask them how is the economy, they'd
08:10say, well, it's impossible.
08:11I can't pay for my bills.
08:12I can't pay to eat.
08:13I can't afford a house.
08:14I can barely afford my mortgage.
08:15I'm never going to get rich this way.
08:16They understand all of this, but they're not panicking.
08:19And people are sitting here now going, oh yeah, the economy is bad, but you know, maybe
08:23we vote for this person.
08:24Who are you going to vote for?
08:25That's going to put money in your pocket, actually, actually come along and say, here's
08:29money.
08:30Nobody.
08:31Still got pay your council tax.
08:34Still a brookie.
08:36Nobody cares.
08:37No one you vote for is going to change it.
08:38It's going to get worse.
08:40It's going to continue.
08:41And you know, the boat is going to sink and you're not panicking.
08:44That's why I kind of catch myself.
08:47And one of the things I try very hard not to do is become elitist.
08:51Because when you've come from the absolute bottom to the absolute top, and you've done
08:55it all off of your own back and hard work and dedication and never missing a day, the
09:00only shortcut to life is to never miss a day, one because of compounding interest and two
09:07because sometimes you get lucky and you'll never miss a lucky day if you try every day.
09:13If you don't try every day, you might miss your lucky day.
09:16And that's what people don't understand.
09:17If you never miss a day and you never don't try and you're always on time.
09:22Was I late today?
09:23No.
09:24On time.
09:25And you try and improve every aspect of your life and you're a professional and you try
09:28and make sure that you analyze your decisions.
09:31You give yourself feedback.
09:32You don't make mistakes.
09:33You're not lazy.
09:34If you try and you make it to the top, you end up elitist because you look at the people
09:37down below and you're like, well, why didn't you try?
09:40I did.
09:42I think men are happy when they feel better.
09:45I think we're naturally competitive.
09:48That's why we've always done what we've done.
09:49Why did Genghis Khan need Vienna?
09:52That's Austria.
09:53Look at a map.
09:54Why did he need Vienna?
09:56It took him probably three months to even hear they were at Vienna.
09:59By the time he got the message, they probably already conquered it.
10:03Why did he need it?
10:04Because he won.
10:05Why do I need the stuff I have?
10:07Because other people can't have it as much.
10:10And I think that that's where masculine happiness comes from because I think men are happy when
10:14they feel respected and you're going to respect yourself if you look around and you have things
10:20other people don't have.
10:21Why do I walk into the showroom and buy the two available cars that I don't want?
10:25Because it's one man's dream and now another man can't buy it.
10:28Why do you play sports?
10:31To win.
10:32To win.
10:33Why do you want to put a ball in a net more times than the other people?
10:36To show that you're better than them at putting a ball in a net.
10:38How insignificant an action.
10:41A ball in a net.
10:43Who cares?
10:45A much more significant action would be making a bunch of money or being physically stronger
10:49or a better fighter or being smarter, a quicker talker or being more well-known, more respected,
10:54more influential.
10:56That's far more important than putting a ball in a net and you'll spend your time putting
10:58a ball in a net to prove you're better than other people.
11:01So don't sit and say that I'm a bad person for proving I'm better than everyone else
11:04by all the things I'm doing.
11:07That's masculine competition.
11:10There's a game being played and some men realize it's a battle and some men don't realize there's
11:15a battle going on.
11:16How can they possibly win?
11:18So some of you men are waking up every day not realizing you're in a forever permanent
11:22competition with every single man around you for everything, all of the time.
11:27And that doesn't ever cross your mind and you wonder why you permanently lose.
11:30Well, it crosses my mind and that's why I'm beating you.
11:34Women want the men who think this way.
11:36Women want the men who understand this, who win.
11:39That's what women want.
11:41So you can call it arrogant, you can call it egotistical.
11:46I call it winning.
11:47I call it realism.
11:48I call it realistic.
11:50And the best things about having most of the things I have is that other people can't have
11:53them.
11:54That's the bottom line of it.
11:56It's the reason why billionaires buy a bigger yacht than the billionaire next to them.
12:00They do not need an extra 20 feet of deck space.
12:05They want the biggest yacht in the harbor.
12:07It's the reason why they buy one of one Picassos.
12:10It's the reason why when Bugatti launched a new car with 80 units, they're all sold
12:15same day.
12:17That's why.
12:18Because winners all think the same way.
12:20And anyone who sits and goes, well, you should be more humble.
12:23I hear that sometimes.
12:24And then I look at who said it.
12:27And whenever someone tells me their opinion, this is a habit I give everyone at home.
12:32Whenever somebody gives you their opinion on anything, listen to the opinion and then
12:36stop and look at who told it to you.
12:38Because you never want to adopt the thinking of somebody who you don't want to be.
12:41Because their thinking made them.
12:44So whatever they believe in their mind is why they are the person they are.
12:48So if somebody sits and says to you, you should be more humble.
12:50I sit and think, okay, my logical, this is how my brain works.
12:54He believes I should be more humble.
12:56That's how his mind operates.
12:57The closer my mind operates to his mind, the more likely I am to be like him.
13:02Who is he?
13:03And I'll look at the person who said that to me and say, no.
13:07Because most people who talk about humble, all they really want is not be reminded of
13:11how they have failed.
13:12They don't want me to make it clear to them that they have failed.
13:15They have failed.
13:16I feel like normalcy has been changed from being a winner to being a loser.
13:21In the 60s, you could be a normal man who worked in a factory, an unskilled labor job.
13:26And with one wage, you could afford a house, you could afford a car, you could afford to
13:29raise a family.
13:30Your children would not be taught garbage in school.
13:32Your wife would respect you.
13:33You'd have a home-cooked meal.
13:34Times were good.
13:35Times were good.
13:36All the things I said about playing Uno earlier in Hyper Bowl are true.
13:40What matters most?
13:41Your wife loves you.
13:42You're respected as the breadwinner.
13:43Your kids respect you.
13:44They listen to you.
13:45Your house is clean.
13:46Your house is safe.
13:48Your car works.
13:49Your life is good.
13:50So now being normal is just losing in a way which is so familiar to the people around
13:54you that you don't realize you've lost at all because everyone's lost.
13:58So you're like, oh, I'm just normal.
14:00No, no.
14:01You've all lost.
14:02None of you are afraid.
14:03You've all lost.
14:04And that's even more scary.
14:07You can't even be normal anymore.
14:09To be a winner, you have to be exceptional.
14:12You could be a winner as a normal person only 50, 60 years ago.
14:16Now the normal people can't even win.
14:19So you need to be able to do amazing things and then be proud of yourself.
14:23Don't sit and think you're great for no reason.
14:25That is arrogance.
14:27I'd argue that the normal person who thinks they're so unique and great for no reason
14:30is more arrogant than me.
14:32The problem with most people in the world today is not that they do a normal thing.
14:34It's that they do a normal thing and they don't try to be the best at it.
14:37So you can be a barista and you can just make coffees or you can be a barista that makes
14:40the fancy coffees and can turn over all the cups and do like the tricks and all the garbage.
14:45We have a man who became a billionaire from salt.
14:47From salt.
14:48You can all put salt on.
14:50He did it the best.
14:51Bam.
14:52So the first thing you need to do is get very good at making coffees.
14:54That's the first thing you need to do.
14:55Be able to do it in a fancy way.
14:57Then you need to solicit attention.
14:58When you can make coffees in a fancy way, you can hire a videographer, you can then
15:02begin to make fancy coffees in a fancy way and you can make it look good with a finalized
15:06product and you can get a nice video made that's well cut with some fancy music and
15:09begin to put them on Instagram and solicit people to watch your Instagram page.
15:14Now you have attention.
15:15How do you then turn that attention into money after you began to show your fancy coffees?
15:20Well, you could let's say put together a course or an academy or write a book on the magic
15:25of coffee or the secrets of coffee and you would put a mystery on it.
15:29Don't say I'll teach you how to make coffee.
15:30No, say the secrets of coffee.
15:32You'd have a link in your Instagram page and it would be $9 and it would tell people the
15:37secrets how to make coffee, for example.
15:39You'd start to sell that for $9.
15:40You'd make a couple hundred or a couple thousand, not too much, but you continue to make fancy
15:44coffees.
15:45People continue to go to your Instagram page and now sell the secrets of how to make coffee.
15:47Then after people start knowing you as being a barista, you start to make these $9.
15:51You have $20,000, $30,000 in the bank.
15:53What you can do is launch your own coffee brand.
15:54You can go to Alibaba.com.
15:55You can find some coffee beans.
15:56You can put your face on it because your face is now a recognized brand.
15:59You can get your own coffee beans.
16:00You can begin to sell them on Instagram.
16:02Before you know it, you're making $10,000 or $15,000 a month.
16:04You can start to do tours.
16:05You can start to put posters on your Instagram or in your Instagram stories saying, I'm going
16:09to do masterclasses on how to make coffee, 20 people only, $1,000 each at this premium
16:15barista speciality coffee shop in London.
16:19The coffee shop will allow you to do it for free because they want people to know, get
16:22the advertising from you and your brand.
16:23You'll charge $1,000 each.
16:24That's 20 grand for a day.
16:25They teach people how to pour milk in a f*****g cup.
16:26Boom.
16:27You've got a coffee brand.
16:28You've got an online school.
16:29You're doing seminars.
16:30You put in a little bit of effort.
16:31Now you drive a Ferrari.
16:32Done.
16:33It is that easy to get rich in the world today if you actually try.
16:38Actually try.
16:39Instead, you'll go to work every day, make the coffees, go home, off.
16:45Some people are so lazy that they will work every day instead of get rich.
16:51And they think because they're working every day that they're not lazy.
16:54Everything I just told you about that could work for an electrician.
16:57Same thing.
16:58Teach people how to wire a book.
17:00Who gives a f**k?
17:01You'll make some money if you try.
17:04So I think the best mental model as a man is to understand that you cannot be normal.
17:07You need to be exceptional.
17:08You need to do exceptional things.
17:10That ties into the exceptionally good and the exceptionally bad.
17:13Let me drop you there.
17:14Which means you need to be hard on yourself so you can deal with the exceptionally bad.
17:17And if you start to do all these things, they all compound.
17:20Everything I said across all these hours all tie into each other and you end up in
17:23one result.
17:24You end up in one place which is brutal competence, brutal masculine competence.
17:26There's nowhere else to be.
17:28Nothing will save you besides your own brutal competence.
17:31I believe that getting rich is one of the best things you can possibly do to help save
17:36the world.
