00:00Stuart, when you've had a taste of success at the level, do you just want more of it?
00:04Yeah, and I think, you know, the key thing we talk about is creating that environment,
00:08you know, and like Paul says, you want people to be desperate to get in in the morning,
00:13I mean, rain, shine, whatever, come in, learn, improve and succeed, hopefully.
00:18So it's about having that environment, if there's people that, and we haven't found that very rare
00:24nowadays, that don't want to be on board, if we're going on this, what they talk about now,
00:28journey, get on board and let's go, so if there's anyone there who's got, you know,
00:34we'll notice, we'll see it straight away, if you don't want to work hard and then
00:38you're not for us, so it's not just about hard work, obviously we're on quality football etc,
00:41but first and foremost, create the right environment, which I'm sure
00:45there'll be a good one, and then we just want to take it on, but yeah, it's just,
00:50it's, I was so excited to get a phone call from Saturday night from
00:55Paul and then get it done, so yeah, let's go.
