00:42then Dubs Anderson filled in on Friday and he said welcome into the early on mate Donnie

00:47right side is here and he looks pretty good how would it make you feel I don't I feel

00:52like I got a little Brian Flores in me by the way like I feel like that would be my

00:56everybody is terrible yeah you threw for 350 yards and three touchdowns but that second

01:00quarter that blitz that blitz pickup that you did not get over there and took the sack

01:04yeah that's really hampering the efforts but we understand this there's always that even

01:08line we've all had coaches out there there's a right time to kick your player in the rear

01:12and there's a right time to grip him up and tell him that hits everything's gonna be okay

01:16you're doing a great job keep up the good work here but it feels like the Brian Flores move

01:20in Miami went to a tiger below it came on board it was like he must have like before

01:24the draft just like you can't give me this player don't you give me this player oh no

01:29I just wound up with this player like what would be the goal of you picking a franchise

01:33guy in the top 10 and saying even if you didn't agree with the pick I'm gonna sabotage this

01:37guy's career and hopefully I'll get fired because of it as well it just doesn't make

01:41any sense once the players are on your team it's your job to coach them up and make them

01:45feel like they can run through a wall for you the fact that a quarterback who's young

01:50and is basically building on confidence that you're tearing down every day is a wild scene

01:55but that's what happens sometimes in the NFL Ben some guys aren't long for the head coaching

01:59position Eric Biannini must have been a wonderful coordinator but he can't relate to the players

02:03and be a head coach that's why I never got a chance Brian Flores who we thought was gonna

02:06be a great head coach in that move from New England down to Miami and he said well wow

02:10why didn't this work out well if you're sabotaging your own superstar players you're not going

02:14to get another job in the NFL it's simple as that to attack and by the way like when

02:18to attack about I was shows up I never met the guy in person but just watching and him

02:22being around all those athletes at Alabama he just looks like one of those guys nice

02:26guy you want to hang out with family man takes care of business and can be an elite player

02:31on the field how could you try to sabotage that when he's your own play it wasn't like

02:35hey I'm the defensive coordinator for the Raiders I'm just gonna call to it every day

02:38and try to sabotage his psychology but his head coach doing this it's such a wild scene

02:42and it's crazy that to it even brought that up to an extent he did I'd like to refresh

02:47on this there's thing you know what my other coach was bad I love my coach here's the two

02:51differences one said I was terrible one built me up now I got a big contract which one worked

02:56out in my favor so good for two of them.
