05:24Good morning Mr. Secretary.

05:28Welcome again to Israel.

05:30I must say that we feel you are part of our nation in coming here again and again,

05:37and showing such great friendship and support for the State of Israel, and we're indeed grateful for that.

05:43This is a decisive moment, probably the best, maybe the last, opportunity to get the hostages home,

05:52to get a ceasefire, and to put everyone on a better path to enduring peace and security.

05:59I'm here as part of an intensive diplomatic effort on President Biden's instructions

06:03to try to get this agreement to the line and ultimately over the line.

06:07It is time for it to get done.

06:09It's also time to make sure that no one takes any steps that could derail this process.

06:16And so we're working to make sure that there is no escalation, that there are no provocations,

06:21that there are no actions that in any way could move us away from getting this deal over the line,

06:27or, for that matter, escalating the conflict to other places and to greater intensity.

06:33I know this is a fraught moment in Israel with deep concern about the possibility of attacks

06:39coming from Iran, coming from Hezbollah and other sources,

06:43but the focus of my visit is intensely on getting the hostages back, getting the ceasefire done.

06:51It is time for everyone to get to yes and to not look for any excuses to say no.

06:58At the bottom line of it, people have to understand

07:01it starts with the refusal of Hamas to move forward.

07:05We are simply still very hopeful that we can move forward in the negotiations

07:11that are held by the mediators, and I want to thank the United States, Egypt, and Qatar

07:16for their efforts on behalf of this noble cause.

07:21There is no greater humanitarian objective and there is no greater humanitarian cause

07:26than bringing back our hostages home as they should have returned long ago.

07:33You've amassed a very powerful and impressive coalition of armies, navies, and powers

07:41that are here to protect the interests of the coalition of nations

07:46that wants to move towards peace and a better future in the Middle East

07:50against the empire of evil which starts and emanates into Iran.

07:54I want to thank you personally, and I want to thank the President

07:58for showing and projecting power in this region,

08:02as the message should be clear that no one should attack Israel or meddle

08:07with our clear inherent right of self-defense.

08:11Thank you very much, Mr. Secretary.
