00:03Sox today announced that Pedro Gafolle has been fired as the

00:07team's manager. They're taking advantage of the off day.

00:10There's a statement here. We talked about it. The White

00:12Sox before they play the Cubs off day firing Pedro Gafolle

00:16done before the end of his second season. Chris Getz is

00:19quoted in the statement. As we all recognize, our team's

00:22performance this season has been disappointing on many

00:25levels. Despite the on-field struggles and lack of success,

00:29we appreciate the effort and professionalism Pedro and the

00:31staff brought to the ballpark every day. These two seasons

00:34have been very challenging. Unfortunately, the results were

00:37not there and a change is necessary as we look to our

00:40future and the development of a new energy around the team.

00:53was coming. We thought that it would come after they've snapped

01:07reasons but the bottom line is is that as the Sox prepare for
