A federal judge ordered the Justice Department to return the spear and horned helmet worn by Jacob Chansley, also known as the "QAnon Shaman", during the January 6th Capitol riot. Chansley had requested the return of the items that were confiscated when he was arrested, including a horned coyote-tail headdress and a six-foot pole with an American flag and metal spearhead. The judge sided with Chansley as he has completed his prison sentence and term of supervised release. Over 1,000 individuals have been charged in the Capitol attack, with over 700 guilty pleas resulting in jail time for over 400 defendants.
