00:00Hey, it's me, ASMR darling. Thank you guys for joining me today. I'm very excited about
00:19this 10 triggers just for you to help you fall asleep and to help you relax. Before
00:29I get started, I wanted to give a little shout out to one of my good friends. His name is
00:36Matt and he has a YouTube channel. It's called Extreme Filmmaking. I will put the link down
00:44below. He has some really good content. He's a very hard worker and he's overall like a very
00:50goofy guy. He helped me out with some technical issues I was having a few weeks ago. Thank you,
00:57Matt, so much. Yeah guys, go check out his channel. Okay, so 10 triggers just for you.
01:07To start off, we're going to do a little brushing. We're going to brush. I love the way this feels.
01:29It's very soft, very soft.
03:59That's all for the brushing. Next, I have this plastic container of safety pins.
04:29Let me take out the safety pins. We just have the plastic container.
04:59I always love the way tapping sounds.
05:29Then we have one safety pin.
05:59We got our other two safety pins.
06:29Then next, I got this face when I was on vacation with my family in North Carolina. It's hand
06:58painted. You can go ahead and admire the beauty. Focus. Focus. Why aren't you focusing? Focus.
07:19Okay, well it's not focusing, but you can see that's an eagle, there's trees, there's another eagle, and there's colors.
07:35Those are branches. You can see the oranges, the pinks, kind of hint of purple. You can see the trees in the back, the gray trees in the back, along with black trees that are closer to the viewer.
08:05There's branches.
08:35I love the sound it makes when you blow into it.
09:05It's such a pretty sound.
09:26Um, and next, well, let me move this stuff.
09:38We have our fourth trigger.
09:43A book to have and to hold. By Mary Johnston. I've actually read some of this book. It's very interesting.
10:13I got it at an indie shop.
11:13Okay.
11:43It's a very old book. It's kind of falling apart.
12:13It says, Amen, I yawned. I love you.
12:38It says, Amen, I yawned. I love the land. And call it home.
13:01That's all I guess we can do with the book for now.
13:08Okay.
13:13And our next trigger is tape.
13:18Tape. I love the way, I've always loved the way tape sounds, ever since I was little.
13:39Okay.
14:01Uh oh, uh oh, uh oh.
14:08There we go.
14:15Let's do wider tape.
14:38Tape is so sticky. I wonder why. Cause it's tape.
15:01Well, now it's ruined.
15:05It's a mess now.
15:17Okay, well.
15:22I guess we're gonna keep, oh, you like my new hairstyle? I like the curl that goes along with it.
15:29Okay.
15:32Now, we are going to do water.
15:43I have this little mason jar right here.
16:01Okay.
16:03Okay.
16:30Okay.
16:32Now, I have this huge mason jar right here.
16:39Okay.
16:41And we're gonna have some fun with water sounds.
17:03Here.
17:05We're gonna use my scrunchie to get some water dripping sounds in there.
17:13Love you scrunchie.
17:33We're okay.
17:43Okay. I'm gonna pour this back in here.
18:02Get the scrunchie again.
18:32Pour this back in here.
18:52And I guess that concludes it for our water portion.
19:03Oh. Actually, that doesn't conclude it.
19:08We're gonna need some more for a second.
19:15My bad.
19:20Okay. And next, we are going to have my all-time favorite trigger.
19:28Just because I think it's the most fun to do.
