राजधानी दिल्ली के राजेंद्र नगर, पटेल नगर और करोल बाग के बेसमेंट में चल रही लाइब्रेरी सील होने के बाद अन्य लाइब्रेरी संचालकों ने फीस बढ़ा दी. पहली, दूसरी और तीसरी मंजिल चल रही लाइब्रेरी संचालकों ने एक से दो हजार रूपये तक फीस बढ़ा दी है.
