00:00The search for a driver's life was halted after his license was not renewed at the LTO because his ID number is identical to yours.

00:19In 2021, Jomar's driver's license was issued.

00:24He tried to renew his license several times at the Land Transportation Office but...

00:30I was not able to get a new one because my ID number was not given to me because it has a duplicate number.

00:40Because of this, Jomar was not able to work as a driver.

01:03The LTO Bulacan Licensing Center explained that Jomar's driver's license ID number was duplicated in their database following a typo error.

01:13They reported it to the LTO head office to correct it and match it to the correct fingerprint biometrics.

01:19For now, the problem is fixed and Jomar can now use his ID number.
