Bollywood has found an unlikely new home in Edinburgh with scenes from the hotly-anticipated film Son of Sardaar 2 being shot on the city's Craigleith Crescent.

00:00So I'm here just now on Craigworth Crescent where a Bollywood movie featuring some of

00:27the biggest stars in India is being filmed now there's lots of colour down the street

00:32here with smoke flares being set off, there are loads of crews, loads of extras on the

00:36scene and as you can see it's quite a residential street here and a lot of the neighbours have

00:41come out to see what's going on, I've spoken to a couple of them and they've been quite

00:45intrigued by all the goings on here, they say they were given plenty of notice but apparently

00:50the director of this film was completely in love with Edinburgh and wanted the movie to

00:56be set here so it's an unusual scene on a residential street in Edinburgh but a lot

01:03of the neighbours have been coming out here to enjoy it as well.
