00:00Say, I'll give you an option that three of those exclusive, you know, with a Hardik
00:24Pandya autograph, you get to send your Hardik Pandya performance where to three global
00:30sports icons or three global athletes, who would they be?
00:36I mean, see, Nadal would be first, because even he resonates and he kind of has always
00:45been someone who's always wanted to fight and you know, it's not over till it's not
00:49over. So Nadal would be one, Novak Djokovic would be second. And I'd like to send it to
01:02Messi. Yeah, I'd like to send it to Messi. So yeah, it will look nice on him for sure.
01:11Nadal, Djokovic and Messi. Can't wait for Hardik to one day go on the mic when I'm doing
01:15an interview. Good night. IYKYK. It's, it's at a time where you know, performance where
01:26fitness, lifestyle, fans, the connect between fans and the heroes and role models is at
01:31a very good time. What pushed you towards this? You know, having it was it was it always
01:35a little little dream that one day I'll have my own own line or you know, what was it like?
01:44I think it was, I think it with me and my team, we've been speaking about this for almost
01:52good six, seven years. It's just that we wanted the right time and you know, right, right
01:59product and the right partner to be very honest. And just just, we never found the right, you
02:09know, what do you call the passion which did not come and we wanted to wait for the right
02:12time. And I remember when the conversation came that, you know, what we can do this,
02:19I think eight, nine, 10 months back. And for me straight away, there was a smile on my
02:24face that you know what, something which I've dreamt for so long. I always wanted something
02:28where there are my products out there and people can, you know, genuinely use it. But
02:33at the same point of time, we really, really, really wanted to make sure that when someone
02:37wears it, they should really enjoy it as well and they should feel it. So coming back, coming
02:43from where I come from, you know, sitting in this place where I am and speaking about
02:47my own brand, I don't think for me it is a better story, you know, the better, you know,
02:55very warm and healthy story for me this because wanted for a long time, but finally it has
03:02come the day has come and we are out and that's why they say no, that always dream big
03:07someday it will always happen.
03:08Nice one, nice one. A quick word on, you know, the partners, you said the passion didn't
03:14come through when it did, you know, FanCorp shop, they expected that it'll be hard.
03:20Ki Hardik Pandya bahot mehnat karayega. Lekin shayad unhone ni suja, itni mehnat karayega.
03:25Just tell you go to Hardik and when Hardik subscribes to an idea, there is nothing more
03:29that matters in the world. The only one idea which has remained constant is I am an all-rounder.
03:33I will always bowl as well. Uske alawa ideas ek aagaya toh then he is immersed in the idea
03:38and I have seen you go through designs, not talk to anyone like you are, that is going
03:43to become your full-time profession. You were so into it. So just tell me, you know, working
03:47with FanCorp shop, the team to pick up designs, fabric because you were completely immersed
03:53into it.
03:54I mean, see the reason why for me anything which associates with me has to be niche,
04:01it has to have the quality, it has to have the love which I put to my products, even
04:07if the ones which I use. So when we initially started, you know, there are a couple of times
04:12I've been very hard on them where I've seen the stuff and I was like, you know what, we
04:18need to go back to square zero. And, you know, they were very patient enough with me and,
04:24you know, they kept working hard and they finally got the product right. And yeah, credit
04:30to the FanCorp team as well, who, you know, who was always at it, no matter how much pressure
04:38I put in, put on them. And at the same point of time for me, because it was so close to
04:43my heart, we just wanted to make sure that it has to be the perfect one, which it has
04:48to be where everything is looked after. And, you know, it's just not about Hardik Pandya
04:53wearing it, it's about everyone wearing it. So for me, that was very, very important.
05:00And I'm glad that the product has come out and, you know, can't wait for everyone to
05:04try it on. And I hope the kind of love and effort we have put, they feel it.
05:24So, is it, and this question will come to a lot of people's mind, when there are a lot
05:29of people, you know, when they come out with their line, it's like, so it's not an endorsement.
05:34And will they always now also see you wear it? And was that the idea, that I have to
05:39wear it? And was that behind it? Whenever you looked at a product, were you thinking,
05:43what is my fan going to make of it? How is he going to feel? Because I think it's a very
05:46integral part of what you've done.
05:48Yeah, exactly. When the coming back to the my whole wardrobe is now with my own clothes,
05:55especially my training part is all covered by my own clothes. Second was that the line
06:02which you use, it was very, very important for me that I should be able to wear it. And
06:08that's when my fans should get the same feeling what I feel when I'm wearing it. So for us,
06:13our constant conversation about the clothing and everything, how we want to come across
06:17as was always to make sure that it's just not about me wearing it. It's about how when
06:23I wear it, and how comfortable and how confident I feel and when someone else wears it as well,
06:30they should feel the same, they should feel they want to go and, you know, spend, you
06:34know, burn 1000 calories with just the clothes. So, I hope on a funny level, we should be
06:39able to achieve that. And yeah, it's been, it's quite fantastic.
06:51On that note, Hardik, just give us, just give us a beginner's kit, a beginner's kit with
06:58this amazing performance wear. Give us in 60 seconds, a Hardik Pandya endorsed workout.
07:04Chahiye?
07:04Yeah.
07:05Yeah.
07:09In 60 seconds. So first of all, warm up is very important. Everyone should do warm up,
07:14make sure that your body is ready. That's when you can push and push your barriers.
07:19Something I have a, not I'm going to take more than 60 seconds. I have a thing which has really
07:24helped me throughout my career and which was stayed when I was I think 16 year old.
07:29When our body does not get tired, our mind gets tired. So, so many times in my life,
07:41the difference between where I was able to push my limits was always the fact that when my mind
07:46gets tired, I will tell my body to just push because you will always have extra effort in
07:51your body. And the difference between if you do 20 and if I do 20, we are on the same level.
07:57But if I push to 25 and if I challenge my mindset, next time I'm going to do 25,
08:01next time I'm going to be 30. That's when I'm putting, you know, getting little level up on
08:06that. So coming back to the point that it is very, very important to sometime train your mind as
08:12well, that your body has much more than what you can think. And that video stayed with me for so
08:18long that every time in my life, when my trainer has told me to do 10 pushups, I've always ended
08:23up doing 15. And that has pushed my limits. And I think slowly, slowly, everyone who wants to start
08:28the fitness journey, they should focus on that, you know, start pushing your barrier every single
08:33day, because body, human bodies, such a lovely creation by God, that it will mold however you
08:40want to, however you want to have it. It's just that it just needs a little hard work. And coming
08:45back to the point of 60 seconds, this thing, it's very, very important that everyone focuses on leg
08:51because chicken legs are not good. So we should do a lot of lunges, squats,
09:00you can put I like pull ups, push ups, leg press, and something which really work on their glutes,
09:09which is, you know, you can do leg press, which really works and lunges. So make sure you look
09:14after balance it out properly. And just work hard, anything, just do something in gym, that would be
09:21good. Spoken like a true fast bowler. No, all rounder is but first it comes bowling has to take
09:29care of the legs, the glutes and everything. And that's why you get a speed. Let me ask you,
09:33Adi, because you know, 135 plus 140. And I know you love bowling fast. When was it when you were
09:40growing up when you were playing cricket, when you knew that, you know, this is getting serious,
09:44you've got, you've got the framework of bowling that quick and hitting the ball that far.
09:50When did you start loading up that fitness from from a level of an aspiring cricketer
09:57to a state cricketer to then an international creator?
10:02It's just that for me, I was really into fitness from start. So a lot of I don't know,
10:08many people don't know, but I think I'll just use this. For me, I never knew what fitness would do
10:14to me. But it just that I felt it that for me, I always wanted to be number one in everything which
10:19I do. So in a habit of that, I kept training when I was young, a lot, I pushed myself a lot,
10:25ran a lot. So I had a very good strong base. Obviously, there was not much knowledge about
10:31the body not not much not knowledge about the fact that how do I increase my fitness. But as
10:37soon as because my base was strong, and I did the basics, which you are supposed to do while training
10:43helped me when I came to the higher level. I was I used to bowl if I'm not wrong 130s,
10:50or one higher 130s. I was able to go that 140 plus 142 by pushing that's when I realized by 2017
10:57onward as soon as I started getting more more into my body more knowledge about it. And that's when
11:03I start pushing and I think as soon as I start pushing, that's when my slowly slowly consistently
11:10my graph kept getting up. Because, as you mentioned, for me, fast bowling is quite entertaining
11:17because I can timid people. So I really, when I bowl, I'm really a fast fast bowler, like I really
11:23go into that mindset of how a general quick fast bowler is who's there to kind of come and hit on
11:29your head. That state and obviously with that fitness routine joining in body, you know,
11:38getting much much more stronger. And I think that's when I was able to push my limits and,
11:44you know, get what I wanted. Let me actually ask you at this point, what what do you want to achieve
11:48from your own line? You know, Hardik Pandya performance where because I remember you telling
11:54me backstage that it's not just for people who want to get it because it's Hardik Pandya.
11:59You always are endorsing a very active lifestyle. You've seen the advantages of it. We've
12:04seen you do a lot of yoga as well. So what's your vision and and mission, the end goal? I mean,
12:10maybe not the end goal, but the journey like. Do you want do you want people just to take it up,
12:15even if they've got no connect with maybe watching the sport or aspiring to be a sports person, just
12:22everyday fitness? Yes, that was the whole purpose for me to come out of this. Yes.
12:30This is just this is about people loving and being passionate about their fitness,
12:38you know, pushing their boundaries, you know, you know, wearing something which is
12:44which is cool as well. At the same point of time, you can get healthier as well in that. So
12:50coming. Yeah, I mean, the journey, the outcome is just that as many people can wear it and all
12:57my fans and everyone wear it. And even if you are not associated with the sport, we wanted to come
13:03up with something which really, you know, where everyone feels comfortable to wear it. It's just
13:08not about just putting someone's name on it and just not having a comfortable product. What our
13:14goal was at the same point of time, we want to look after nicheness, a really good product,
13:18which everyone can afford. And at the same point of time, just making sure that even if even you
13:25are not associated with the sport, you just see the brand, you just see the product and you get
13:30excited with it. So I hope even for those who do yoga. Yes, to everyone, to anyone who's,
13:38you know, I do yoga wearing this. So for me, it's about just being comfortable because yoga
13:47is something which you really want to be comfortable and then do it in a very controlled
13:51space and, you know, get better, open your mindset, you know, go into a deep thinking. So
13:58even the ones who want to do yoga, someone who wants to run, someone who wants to gym, someone
14:02who wants to do CrossFit, someone wants to play paddles, football, cricket, everyone can wear
14:08this and yeah, they'll see me wearing it. So everyone will wear it. Amazing. Just now that
14:13we're talking about runs, let me just ask you, a very popular thing is the yo-yo test, right?
14:21No, not that one. Yo-yo. What is your, what's been your top yo-yo test score?
14:31Ever? Ever and, yes, let's start with Ever. It's such an achievement, once you get it,
14:36there's nothing to show for it. Ever is 28.7, sorry 21.7. 21.7? So after 22.5 or 22.7,
14:46the test finishes. So I was just one level above.
14:55If you just have, let it be, what questions do you have? We can't even calculate our yo-yo
15:00tests. Our test ends before the test starts. Do you enjoy being at the gym more or do you now
15:09enjoy going out? Because I know you started, you started running outdoors a lot. We see when you
15:14go on your training binges, you go for early morning trainings to stadiums and all of that.
15:18Do you enjoy closed workout spaces or open spaces? See, for me, it's being fit and being healthy is
15:28a passion. So I really don't differentiate between if I have to train indoors or outdoor, I just want
15:35to train. And for me, obviously, gym is something which we all have to do. But for me, running is
15:42the most important part. For me, running gets the best out of my body. Running gets the best out of
15:47everyone because that's the most healthiest thing which you can do for your body. It keeps your
15:52blood vessels and blood flow very fast because you kind of push it. So if still I have balance,
15:58I really like both. But if I still have to pick, I think running is tougher, much, much tougher.
16:05But I really enjoy it because the kind of satisfaction you can get after a run.
16:08I mean, gym can give you that, but running can give you a lot of satisfaction in your life.
16:15Hardik Pandya, you keep running. We're behind you. Thank you. We'll continue to be behind you
16:21because when you run, you run in the direction which only brings glory and happiness to so many

16:30for Hardik Pandya, very happy for Fan Code. And it's a great, great initiative. It's a win-win

16:38for everyone who's been involved in this moment. And it's a Making India product. So
