00:27Basketball is such an interesting team sport that if you don't play the right way,

00:31if you don't come with the right energy, the right focus to play defense, rebound,

00:37not turn the ball around, you can be beat. It doesn't matter who you're playing.

00:41So it's a good reminder of that, but also to feel a little stress when you're down in stress.
