00:22The complaint was received in connection with the delivery made by the social media user.

00:29One phone unit and a SIM card belonging to the suspect who was used to upload the picture

00:36were confiscated to assist the investigation.

00:39The investigation was carried out under Section 233 of the Ministry of Communication and Multimedia in 1998

00:46which stipulates a maximum sentence of RM50,000 or up to a year in prison

00:52or both at the same time and a continuation sentence of RM1,000 every day of the crime if proven guilty.

01:01The section prohibits the transmission of communication through network convenience or the use of applications

01:07which are among others in the form of malicious, slanderous or slanderous

01:11with the intention of hurting the heart or disturbing others.
