NBI nabs 3 suspects in illegal sale of kidneys  NBI Director Jaime B. Santiago and other NBI officials on July 16, 2024 present three of four individuals who were arrested for the alleged illegal sale of kidneys. Several victims said they were forced to do this due to poverty and a promised payment of P200,000 in exchange for their kidneys.
