00:00So, let's start with the weather systems that are affecting different parts of our country.
00:06At the moment, we are being monitored by a low-pressure area in the southern part of Mindanao.
00:11As of 3 a.m., it was last seen at a distance of 310 kilometers east-northeast of Davao City.
00:17And if we can see here in the latest satellite image,
00:20the clouds that brought this low-pressure area are expected to affect the southern part of Visayas and Mindanao.
00:28So, we expect that there will be chances of heavy rains,
00:33and possibly floods or landslides.
00:36So, be careful, our fellow countrymen.
00:39Meanwhile, in the northern part of our country,
00:42particularly here in the northern part of Southern Luzon,
00:45as well as in the northern part of Mindanao,
00:48there is still a continuous effect of southwest monsoon.
00:52If we can see in the satellite image,
00:54although there are clouds that we can see,
00:56it does not continue here in our country because we have a circulation or typhoon
01:01here in the area of Vietnam that is stretching here in the south.
01:06So, mostly, these clouds are only affected here in the area of Palawan,
01:11and it will also bring isolated thunderstorms,
01:14mostly here in the western sections of Southern Luzon,
01:17as well as the western sections of Mindanao.
01:20In the western part of our country,
01:23we still experience isolated rain showers or thunderstorms,
01:26especially when it comes to the afternoon or night,
01:29the hot weather is still possible when it comes to the afternoon.
01:33And the areas affected by this southwest monsoon,
01:36this morning, it is also possible to experience sudden and rapid rainfall.
01:41So, we are just monitoring thunderstorm advisory
01:44that our regional services division is releasing.
01:48Meanwhile, in the following days,
01:50this low-pressure area that we are monitoring,
01:53the possibility or possibility that there will be a typhoon in the following days does not go away.
01:59That is why our monitoring is continuous.
02:01In the following days, we expect that it will bring rain showers starting tomorrow
02:06in a large part of the eastern and central Visayas and some parts of Mindanao.
02:11And before the weekend ends,
02:14it is also expected that it will affect a large part of the Visayas, Bicol region, as well as Mimaropa.
02:21And before the weekend ends,
02:24it is also possible that it will bring rain showers in some parts of the Calabar Zone, Metro Manila, and Central Luzon.
02:30So, we are monitoring forecasts that are expected to be released in the following days.
02:37In the foreseeable future here in Luzon,
02:40like what we mentioned earlier,
02:42the hot weather will still continue,
02:45especially when it comes to the afternoon and there are chances of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms
02:49when it comes to the afternoon or more often in the afternoon or at night.
02:53But the areas affected by this southwest monsoon,
02:56it is possible for sudden and rapid rains to fall this morning.
03:01So, in the foreseeable future,
03:04the temperature will drop.
03:06Here in Lawag, it will be 21 to 30 degrees Celsius.
03:10For Tuguegarao, it will be 26 to 35 degrees Celsius.
03:15In Baguio, it will be 17 to 25 degrees Celsius.
03:1823 to 31 for Tagaytay.
03:20And our maximum temperatures in Metro Manila and Legazpi will reach 32 degrees Celsius.
03:28Here in the foreseeable future,
03:30today in most of our country,
03:32like what we mentioned earlier,
03:34there is still a strong effect of this southwest monsoon.
03:37We are still expecting the rainy season in a large part of Palawan.
03:42Meanwhile, there is a strong effect of this low-pressure area
03:45in the eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao region.
03:49We will also experience flurries, floods, landslides, and landslides.
03:53Just be aware, in the areas of Caraga and the southern portion of the eastern Visayas,
03:58later tonight or possibly later in the afternoon,
04:01there may be strong rains.
04:03Let us prepare for that and monitor for updates or heavy rainfall warnings
04:08or thunderstorm advisories
04:10that are issued by our regional services division.
04:13Meanwhile, in the western part of Visayas and Mindanao,
04:17although it will feel like a sunny day,
04:20there is still a possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms
04:24or sudden and quick rains,
04:27especially here in the areas of Zamboanga, Zamboanga Peninsula,
04:31Bay RMM, and Sucsargen.
04:33You can still experience isolated thunderstorms this morning.
04:40As for the water temperature,
04:42for Kalayaan Islands, it will be 24 to 30 degrees Celsius.
04:47Meanwhile, for Puerto Princesa, it will be 25 to 31 degrees Celsius.

05:14Meanwhile, for Zamboanga, it will be 24 to 32 degrees Celsius.
05:18As for the condition of our ocean,
05:20we do not have any gale warnings for now.
05:22However, if we will notice,
05:23there is a different level of attention to the plans to expand to the coastal areas of our country,
05:28as well as to the coastal areas of Mindanao,
05:30in the areas where the low-pressure area is visible.
05:34What we are expecting is a cloudy weather.
05:36As you can see, the seas are a bit rough,
05:39so there is a different level of attention to the plans to expand to the coastal areas.
