00:00Of course, the thing a lot of people are going to be looking for is the new American tanks.

00:06Unfortunately, we don't actually have many American tanks.

00:12We have the M3 Stuart and the M2A4.

00:16I'll quickly preview, well we can't really preview, it's customisation.

00:22So what's it got? 25mm hull armour all around.

00:28Pretty much the same for turret armour.

00:34Armour penetration, I don't know, it's not awful, but it doesn't seem that great.

00:40Although I suppose it is a reserve tank.

00:44Let's see what the effective thickness is.

00:48Yeah, it's not very sloped in a lot of areas.

00:52I think it's reasonably sloped. It's 15mm of armour, but it's basically 30mm thick.

00:58So yeah, it's quite well sloped in some areas, but on the whole it's not that great.

01:04Quickly see where the crew are.

01:08Machine gunner, your driver, your loader and your gunner.

01:14Quickly look at the M3.

01:18I may test drive them in a minute, but I want to preview them.

01:2438mm armour at the front, 25mm everywhere else.

01:30And that goes for hull and turret.

01:34Again, for crew. Effective thickness.

01:38Again, thickness is 15mm, but it's effectively 30mm.

01:44It's a bit better than the M2A1, but not that much better.

01:52It's got quite a few little flat sides, especially on the actual hull.

02:00And the back's got a tiny bit of sloping, but not that great.

02:04The Germans and the Russians actually got some new tanks, I believe.

02:08Er, come on. It went a bit laggy for a second there.

02:14We got the... which one is it?

02:18Is it this one? Preview?

02:22For the Germans it's preview, but for everyone else it's customisation.

02:28I believe this is the new Tiger tank. There were two designs for the Tiger, I believe this is the one that didn't make it.

02:36Right, get rid of X for a second so we can...

02:40I believe you can see it from the... the hull's a lot longer and the turret's right at the front.

02:46100mm thick armour at the front on the turret and the hull, or slightly thicker on the hull.

02:5282mm on the sides of the hull and the rear of the hull.

02:58And 82mm on the sides of the turret, but only 30mm at the rear of the turret.

03:04Which is... oh, I thought there'd be ammunition in there.

03:14Oh, they've stuck tracks on it or something.

03:18I don't know what this bit's meant to be, it doesn't show up.

03:24You've got your five crew, the commander, gunner, loader, machine gunner, driver.

03:28What else did the Germans get? I'm just trying to remember.

03:32It was the... where was it? Panzer IV E and the Panzer III J, I believe.

03:42It's written down in the patch notes, but I'm sure they already have this.

03:46Well, no, they can't do, because I'm already researching the F1.

03:50Right, 30mm at the front, 20mm at the sides and the back.

04:06You'd think whatever it is inside it would perhaps provide some decent armour, but apparently not.

04:24What was the other one? Panzer III J, is it? I think it's just Panzer III J, not the J1 preview.

04:42Apparently the rear was more of a fix.

04:46Something to do with being able to reverse and drive off without being destroyed so easily.

04:52Because obviously, if you're driving forward, you're probably a bit faster.

05:00It's more effective than reversing, I'm guessing.

05:06Again, doesn't seem all that remarkable. 5 crew again.

05:10Driver, machine gunner, gunner, loader, commander.

05:14I'm sure I just saw radio pop up somewhere.

05:18I don't know if that has any effect if it's destroyed.

05:22Now the Russians. The Russians get another premium.

05:26Where is it? The SMK. Oh my god, this is tier 2?

05:44One 45mm turret, a 76mm turret, and a couple machine guns.

06:06Has very effective armour.

06:14And, oh my god, effective thickness, 170 odd.

06:34It must be that bit there.

06:38Still bloody hell.

06:42It's gone now, but it said 200mm for a second.

06:46That's insane.

06:50And, oh god, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 crew.

06:54Driver, machine gunner, loader, gunner.

06:58Gunner, loader, commander.

07:02BT-5 and the M4A2.

07:06They got a Sherman tank.

07:10They actually got a Sherman before the Americans did.

07:14Although I think the Germans already had one anyway.

07:18M4A2, this is the more flat one at the front.

07:34Effective thickness, 80mm.

07:38Now I was a bit confused when they originally did this, because there was a bit of confusion on how thick the armour was going to be.

07:42And that might have been for the M4A1.

08:50Slightly worse engine.

08:54Yeah, I'm trying to see what else is here in the patch notes.

08:58I think there are a few more maps.

09:02But I don't think I'll be able to test them at the moment.

09:06Like I said, I haven't got much time until the server shuts down.

09:14Daily award for logging into the game has been added.

09:18That's quite good.
