00:17According to the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines,

00:20this happened earlier this afternoon.

00:23The airplane came from Mactan Airport in Cebu.

00:26All 53 passengers and 4 flight crews were saved

00:30because of the incident where 4 flights were diverted to Busuanga Airport.
