01:50I've lost friends because I just didn't have the time to see them.

01:57Otherwise, I wouldn't be sitting here and fighting.

02:03It's all about relationships. It's all about trust and a bond.

02:06This is extremely rewarding.

02:08Volunteering has to do with what we can offer to our colleagues and to the animals.

02:14And who's benefiting? Both parties are benefiting.
