00:00What happened? Approximately 8pm last night, firefighters were called by Triple-0 called to a building fire here on the boulevard.

00:09The first arriving truck found flames and smoke through the roof, indicating quite a large fire inside.

00:16Very early on, 12 trucks arrived on scene and firefighting efforts were both internal and external.

00:23However, the risk of wall collapse required a safe approach where we pulled firefighters out of the building.

00:30The ongoing firefighting efforts through to this morning are through aerial platforms, which pump water onto the fire through the roof.

00:38We've had partial roof collapse, making it quite difficult to distinguish the contents inside.

00:42Being a storage unit, we don't know what the contents are.

00:46They could be personal possessions such as furniture, vehicles, boats, etc.
