A critically endangered Chinese pangolin has been born at Prague Zoo. It's only the second pangolin to be successfully bred in Europe -- both of them born to parents donated by Taipei Zoo.

00:00A rare Chinese pangolin has been born at Prague Zoo.
00:04The species is critically endangered and notoriously difficult to breed in captivity.
00:10The female pangol pup is only the second to be bred in captivity in Europe after its older
00:15sister Kong was born in February last year at the same zoo.
00:19The new arrival's parents Guo Bao and Ren Houtang have been on loan from Taipei Zoo
00:24since 2022.
