03:25so you're not going to be lacking in where to put your kitchen appliances, but you will

03:29be in here a lot so I'm sure you'll have a lot of them.

03:32Velox windows up top, and you can see why they spend a lot of time in here, with the

03:36sofas and the telly, because it's just a wonderful place to be, it's nice and toasty,

03:40and as I say, not to mention the utility off there, which also has access to the boiler.

03:45So what a brilliant brilliant room this is, and it leads straight out, French doors, to

04:18a bit of barbeque action, there's plenty of space, do you want three jacuzzis, why not,

04:23put them in here.

04:24So, sheds to the side for a bit more storage, it's a big old property, you know, there's

04:29lots of storage out the back here, not only along with the driveway, so other than this

04:33guys, what a cracking outside space, now enough of that, let's get inside and go upstairs.

05:19favourite.

06:34double, and again, what an absolutely brilliant, massive, massive room this is, windows looking

06:41out to the rear of the garden, it's a nice little look out the back there, and again

06:45we've got more fitted wardrobes, which look absolutely great, nice glossy grey doors on

06:50the front there, which is really nice, and into what would be bedroom number three, the

06:57third biggest, again another one looking out onto the back, and another great size, and

07:04again we've got these wonderful wardrobes in the side here with a nice finish on the

07:08front.
