00:00He's really cooled down with the long ball. Only one home run.
00:06So, thirty-two homers in ninety-four games. He's not
00:10necessarily on pace to hit at least sixty this year and with
00:14Steven Kwan now being eligible beating the innings
00:17requirements. He's batting 361. That's a lot for Aaron Judge to
00:22catch in the triple crown race. Similar question for Shohei
00:25Otani. Trey Turner's batting 345 but not eligible as of yet.
00:29Christian Yelich now eligible 335 for Milwaukee. Don't think
00:34Shohei gets to those numbers as well. Paul Skeen's day number
00:38eleven as of this Thursday on the road in Milwaukee. 175
00:44strikeouts for a guy that has 78 in his first ten starts of
00:48his MLB career. Plus 196 is the number enticing enough to bet.
00:54It is enticing. Now, also, we just had Jack talking to us
00:57about Paul Skeen's. If I could actually get that honest
00:59information that says, by the way, Pittsburgh is not going to
01:02sit him at all. If he's healthy, he will pitch right
01:04through that first week of October. Obviously, we don't
01:06think the Pirates are gonna make the playoffs. Then, yes, I
01:08would bet that here. It's just hard for me to tell myself
01:11that if he is pitching well and the Pirates go, well, why would
01:14we waste an extra sixteen to twenty innings on this kid's
01:17arm and just shuts him down? That's a tough pill to swallow
01:20because he should be able to get there. We just don't know
01:22and again, it's like Aaron Judge. It's not gonna be Paul
01:25Skeen's fault as if he breaks down as if it's a terrible
01:27pitcher. Yeah. It just may be out of his hands due to what
01:30the organization thinks is in his best interest.
