00:00Bring your full awareness to your own complete comfort and relax.

00:18Let go of thinking.

00:36We may find there are certain images there, pictures or glimpses of flashing details which

00:45the thinking mind may wish to replay or recall just like scenes from your own personal films.

00:54And I know this may seem to you a little contradictory to make this kind of choice here at first,

01:03but just remember it's very important to let the thinking mind know that yes, it does have

01:10an important purpose to you.

01:14And yes, the thinking self can be acknowledged and it can be heard in your day's twilight moments.

01:31Speaking and listening within yourself in this way into the waiting promises of that

01:40inner peacefulness within.

01:47Or it may be the touch and sensation of the surfaces underneath you.

01:58Check in with your physical senses.

02:06I am here learning, calming any unwanted busyness of an overactive mind.

02:25Let go of all thinking.

02:37And now you are drifting away entirely.

02:49And begin to enjoy these senses of your own developing internal world.

03:16Those other senses beginning to heighten or expand will become a little more in tune

03:23in some interesting and developing ways when the eyes do remain closed.
