00:34Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, has endorsed the

00:40layout of Chabal Alley Beach Development Project. This project aims to transform Chabal Alley

00:47Beach into a unique environmental recreational beach destination in the Emirate of Dubai.

01:01The project ensures a 200-metre setback from the beach to preserve the site's natural

01:08systems and wildlife without impacting the area's environmental privacy, particularly

01:15the nesting environment of turtles.

01:20The project spans 6.6 kilometres and includes two areas. The first area is a 5-kilometre-long

01:29sandy beach. The second area is a 1.6-kilometre-long mangrove area.

01:38The beach is divided into three main sectors, each offering different activities for visitors.

01:52The project designates 2 kilometres of open beach for swimming and 2.5 kilometres for

01:59diving sports, with no adverse impact on marine life.

02:06The three sectors are connected by a service strip, mobility spine, with tracks for running,

02:13cycling and individual mobility, which means extending 5 kilometres with designated parking

02:21slots along the beach.

02:27Building designs are inspired by a mix of natural geometry, drawing from shapes found

02:33in marine nature such as coral and turtle shells, as well as the boho style. This unique

02:40blend, which uses elements and materials available in the local nature of the area, not only

02:46makes the design more economical, but also creates a cohesive aesthetic. Some designs

02:52are also inspired by dewscape, with buildings designed to mimic the surrounding sandy environment

02:59in appearance and texture.

03:04The project will offer investment opportunities and commercial and service activities attractive

03:10to visitors and beachgoers. It includes dedicated kid play zones, beach sports and a beach club

03:18equipped with many services, restaurants, pools and shaded areas with modern designs

03:25that mimic the nature of the area.
