00:31so if your daily work involves children

00:38then you can always call upon Archangel Gabriel

00:42because he is watching over the children of this world

00:47and also the parents

00:50because they need a lot of help with this

00:54we need to protect our children

00:57and our inner children

01:00we need to help ourselves to be able to

01:05be playful and happy

01:09and find a space for that

01:13because it is very important for our own health and happiness

01:17and let's get into it

01:21I have two cards and here they are

01:25first of all vulnerability

01:30listen to your vulnerable feelings

01:35as they contain wisdom and inspiration

01:40and then pray for strength

01:43to focus on your priorities no matter what

02:27sometimes difficult theme of being really vulnerable

02:34this world is not

02:39it's not always a kind place

02:42and we have had to learn to

02:47maybe close down a little bit sometimes

02:51because if we would be open 100% all the time

02:58it would be really hard for us to get through the day

03:03so I fully understand when you have issues with

03:08opening your heart and

03:13expressing the softer side of you

03:17but let's see what the book says

03:21let's have a little read here

03:24vulnerability

03:28this card is reassuring you

03:32that it's safe for you

03:35to face your tender feelings

03:38and to view them as muses

03:41for your creative spirit

03:44feeling vulnerable doesn't mean

03:47that you actually are vulnerable or unsafe

03:51but rather that your feelings are speaking to you

03:57and seeking outlet through your creative projects

04:04you can be sure that everything you are feeling

04:08is universally experienced by others

04:12you can heal the feelings of isolation and abandonment

04:17pervasive among so many people

04:22by helping them know that they are not alone

04:26in their emotional experiences

04:29yeah, beautiful

04:38this talks about isolation and abandonment

04:43these are core wounds of the inner child

04:48not only the inner child but

04:51we all have experienced this to some extent

04:56and so many people are feeling lonely these days

05:03and if you know someone or get to know someone

05:10which you can reach out a hand to

05:18then please do so because nobody wants to be alone

05:22or feel alone all the time

05:25and even one or two friendly conversations

05:32can turn so much around

05:35for someone who is not able to talk to people a lot

05:40to talk honestly and openly

05:43so this is a call for action

05:50from Archangel Gabriel

05:52that you can help others and equally help yourself

05:57because in this moment when you are connecting with someone out there

06:02you too are not alone anymore

06:06so this is beautiful

06:09let's build bridges

06:11let's build peaceful bridges together

06:14and allow ourselves to be who we are and how we are

06:20without any mask or something

06:23just we, how we are

06:27ok, this is not always easy, I know

06:30and so many people have also trust issues

06:35I know what it feels like

06:37but it's easier together than alone

06:42to get over past hurts and disappointments and so on

06:49so just allow yourself the possibility that

06:56this too can be healed

06:59and that your feelings are an important source of creativity

07:09because they can nourish your creative projects

07:13whatever you like to do

07:16if it's music or writing or whatever you like

07:20and even if you are only out in nature

07:23and just have time for yourself

07:26and have a little retreat

07:29and just allow these feelings to arise

07:35then you have done very much for yourself

07:39because this can be very healing

07:42and you can also talk to birds

07:45and I do talk to every animal I meet

07:50I get visited by several squirrels every day

07:57on my window sill and I talk to them a lot

08:00they are so, so cute

08:03so if you are vulnerable talking with other people

08:07then start with animals, it's much easier

08:10even trees are good listeners

08:14yeah, that's cool

08:17and the other card is the deserving card

08:21and probably you have not always felt like you deserve the best

08:30but let's see what the message is here

08:35Deserving

08:38Heaven sent you this card to remind you that

08:43you, like everyone, deserve happiness

08:49in all of its splendid forms

08:52perhaps you believe that everyone else deserves happiness but not you

08:58that would explain you receiving this card

09:02allow God and Archangel Gabriel to help you

09:07understand that you are one with the divine

09:12and all other creations of God

09:16therefore it's impossible to exclude yourself

09:21from the gifts God constantly bestows upon everyone

09:28it is possible, however, for you to block your receiving

09:35these gifts if you are struggling with feelings of guilt and unworthiness

09:43the solution is for you to call upon Heaven

09:49to help you forgive yourself for what you've done or not done

09:54healing occurs when you remember that you are God's innocent child

10:00in spiritual truth

10:03and just as loving parents want the best for their children

10:08so too does God will the best for you

10:14so too does God will the best for you

10:20yeah, God wants the best for all of us

10:24no exceptions

10:26you are not an exception

10:45and I received a beautiful feather

10:48and I was happy to receive it

10:50sometimes the smallest things can make you happy

10:53and it doesn't have to be always the big things

10:58you deserve everything that comes your way

11:01that is meant for you

11:03to receive

11:26with some breathing

11:28because

11:59because everything that comes from God is love

12:04in many different forms

12:15but you really deserve this

12:20even if others don't

12:22allow this

12:24you can

12:26you can

12:28and wouldn't you want to make yourself happy

12:32every loving parent would want

12:35would want their child to be really happy

12:40so maybe it's time to parent ourselves

12:44in my case it's definitely

12:46so I have to

12:48be a very good mom and dad for myself

12:54and allow myself to

12:57have a good time

13:00yeah

13:02every day is precious and

13:04why shouldn't we be happy

13:06why shouldn't we be fulfilled

13:08we don't know when this journey will end

13:11we really don't know

13:13so why not making the best

13:15of every day

13:17of every moment
