00:05Conservatives collapsed. That was the Partygate scandal and then the mini-budget, so those two

00:11incidents. But actually I think it's deeper than that. I think there was a change of temperament

00:16in the Conservative Party that goes back to that Brexit period 2016 to 2019, where it essentially

00:25moved away from being a practical party of government. And there, you know, if we're

00:32looking at naming names, you know, Boris Johnson has to be very high

00:36on the list of people responsible and indeed Liz Truss.
