00:00First of all, congratulations to each and every one of you on your graduation, an amazing
00:10achievement and something you should be very, very proud of.
00:13And when I think about what the difference was for me as a professional athlete in the
00:19world of boxing, I kind of relate it back to when I was a kid and when I was fighting
00:23these amateur kids, who a lot of them were a lot better than me, technically better,
00:29naturally better.
00:30And I often think, so why did I achieve and they didn't later on in life?
00:36And the only reason I can think of is the work ethic and the drive and the determination
00:41I had and the goal setting.
00:43And these are all things you can take with you into the workplace.
00:46Some of these may not even know what you want to do yet, but you'll figure it out in time.
00:51And I just want to wish us all the best of luck for the future.
