00:00Assalam-o-Alaikum, ladies and gentlemen, welcome to our first program of the week on Monday.
00:16Ladies and gentlemen, the status of the day is that the implementation of the new budget has begun.
00:24All the new taxes that have been imposed, be it the salary class, the remaining GST, which has been increased by 18%, and the taxes imposed on daily necessities,
00:37the entire budget has been approved by the National Assembly.
00:41The President of Pakistan, Mr. Asif Ali Zardari, has also signed on it.
00:47After that, the budget has officially begun.
00:53Now, of course, there has been a lot of debate on the budget.
00:58It is being said that this is the heaviest budget in the history of Pakistan in terms of taxes.
01:04About 13 trillion has been targeted by the FBI to collect 13 trillion rupees.
01:11The country has to collect the money.
01:13Taxes have been imposed on it.
01:15How many taxes have been imposed?
01:16What will be the effect of this?
01:18We will talk about this in detail in our first story.
01:21In addition to this, we will talk about the hearings held in the Supreme Court today.
01:28In Karachi, in Sindh, the Pakistan People's Party and MQM.
01:33You know that there is a love-hate relationship going on there.
01:37The press conferences that we heard today from both sides, it seems that the Pakistan People's Party and MQM will cross all the limits today.
01:47And it is possible that tomorrow they will talk to each other on behalf of the federal government.
01:51But this has always been happening.
01:53Now, what is the reason that the People's Party has resigned?
01:57What is the story behind Tassori's Governor Sindh?
02:01We will talk about this too.
02:02But the new taxes that have been imposed, there is a lot of debate on it.
02:07We will talk about the things that ordinary people are using.
02:12We are getting information and people are posting it on social media on a daily basis.
02:20In particular, there is a lot of noise about milk.
02:24You know that there is a lot of campaign going on that this milk has already been left in Pakistan.
02:28It is a victim of standard growth.
02:30Do not impose these taxes.
02:31Packaged milk, especially on a daily basis, there is a campaign going on that do not use open milk.
02:37Use packaged milk because open milk spreads diseases.
02:40On top of that, 18% GST has been imposed.
02:43And around 60-70%
02:46How much did it cost? 75 rupees?
02:48What was it?
02:49Packaged milk.
02:50It was very expensive, I did not calculate exactly.
02:52But yes, there is a lot of difference in it.
02:54Similarly, the rest of the medical equipment, tractors, 18% GST has been imposed on it.
03:03The purchase of mobile phones is also 18-25%.
03:07Special phones are 25%, which are expensive phones, which are less expensive, 18%.
03:12There is also a tax on lubricant oil.
03:15Pakistanis living abroad have also been taxed on various transactions.
03:20You know that taxes have been imposed on airlines' rents.
03:23And the federal excise duty on CEMAT has been increased from 2 to 4%.
03:29Taxes have been imposed on the people registered under the Tajr 2 scheme.
03:36Taxes should be imposed.
03:39Countries run at the cost of taxes.
03:43You take taxes from the people or those people who can pay taxes and run the country.
03:48But the problem in Pakistan is that taxes are taken.
03:51But does the government provide those facilities to people in return for those taxes?
03:56Do they provide health facilities, education facilities, transport facilities?
04:02A well-functioning democracy or a well-running country, does such a thing happen there?
04:09There are various opinions on this.
04:12First of all, you know that Maulana Fazlur Rehman Sahib also gave a lecture.
04:16What did he say about this?
04:18This budget is not such a budget in which there is something for the people.
04:23This is made by the IMF.
04:26And the Prime Minister himself has acknowledged this.
04:28We have been saying this from the beginning.
04:30Now, whichever country's budget is made by the IMF,
04:34will it be made for its own benefit or will it be made for the benefit of the poor?
04:38Therefore, the Jamaat-e-Ulema-e-Islam has directly imposed this budget.
04:44And only a true representative of the people can pass the representative budget of the people.
04:51Ladies and gentlemen, Prime Minister Shahid Khakhan Abbasi Sahib,
04:55who has also been a minister multiple times,
04:57has a good experience of managing the economy.
05:00Now it is being known that he is going to launch his new political party on July 6.
05:05Today, he also presented an analysis of the budget passed by his colleague Mifta Ismail Sahib.
05:14The public can see that our government is thinking about us.
05:20He has reduced his expenses.
05:22Today, a total of Rs. 500 billion will be distributed to the MNA and MPA in the form of development funds.
05:29You will distribute this money by taking a loan of Rs. 500 billion.
05:34Will the people who buy milk from Pakistan tolerate this attempt to gain political benefit?
05:41Will it tolerate the salary class of Pakistan, which is currently being crushed in inflation?
05:46Couldn't you have stopped this?
05:48If the MNA and MPA of this country do not make mistakes, will there be no progress in the country?
05:53So what kind of government are we running?
05:55What is our thinking?
05:56We will not reduce our expenses, but we will put a burden on the people.
06:01Ladies and gentlemen, Mifta Ismail Sahib,
06:03you will remember that when PDM 1 was formed, he made a deal with IMF.
06:10And with a success, the bailout package, which he extended to the end of the month,
06:16why is he saying this?
06:21The IMF did not tell you to give Rs. 500-600 billion to the MNA and MPA.
06:26You should increase the net expenditure by 24%.
06:28You should make a 30-30% budget for ADBs in the province.
06:31The IMF told you to give some exemptions with holding tax.
06:35And the rest of the jobs should be left to the people.
06:37You should go to 2.5% and impose more taxes on manufacturers, which the consumer will pay.
06:41The last day, the tax that was imposed on 10% taxes, was that imposed by the IMF?
06:45The IMF told you to look at the agriculture tax.
06:48You have given an exemption there.
06:50The IMF told you to look at the property tax.
06:52You have given an exemption there.
06:53The IMF told you to impose a fixed tax on retailers.
06:56You are not imposing that.
06:57You are exploiting the middle class.
06:59You are exploiting the poor, the salaried class.
07:03This was not said by the IMF.
07:04Ladies and gentlemen, Sheikh Rashid Sahib,
07:07you know that he does public policy.
07:09He has put his house's electricity bill in front of you and told you what is happening to it.
07:15At one time, my stove burns and my gas bill is Rs. 100,000.
07:19My electricity bill is Rs. 100,000 and Rs. 68,000.
07:23In my locality, people's gas bill is from Rs. 7,000 to Rs. 8,000.
07:29I am releasing today's video for the officials of this country.
07:36I am announcing that a revolution is taking place in Gali Mahle.
07:41This is a blind revolution.
07:43Ladies and gentlemen, Naeem-ur-Rehman, the new leader of the Islamic Community,
07:48has announced today that he is going to hold a protest in Islamabad on July 12.
07:53He is going to raise the prices of electricity, gas and the unbearable inflation.
08:01The Islamic Community has decided
08:03that we cannot let the people suffer like this.
08:08We are going to hold a great protest on July 12 in Islamabad.
08:14This protest will be for the reduction of electricity bills and taxes.
08:21Those who are against electricity will have to end their opposition.
08:24The value of electricity will have to be reduced and the system of taxes will have to be abolished.
08:30The price of electricity will increase from Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 5,000.
08:35This protest will be against the system of taxes.
08:39We will sit there and see how the government is committing these atrocities.
08:44If Allah wills it, we will force them to step back.
08:48It is too much. Where should we go?
08:50The people are roaming around with their salaries.
08:52Ladies and gentlemen, this was a budget session.
08:55Mr. Nawaz Sharif is a member of the National Assembly.
09:02He is on leave.
09:04The news that we read in the newspapers and what we heard from some people
09:08is that this budget has been made in such a way that it has put a lot of burden on the common man.
09:14Obviously, he has been involved in public policy for decades.
09:20When he used to give speeches in 2017, he used to talk about the economy.
09:26Let's listen to what he had to say.
09:30In 2017, how much bread did we get?
09:34Rs. 4.
09:35In Nawaz Sharif's time, we used to get Rs. 10 per kg of vegetables.
09:39Rs. 50 per kg of sugar.
09:41In whose era was sugar?
09:44In whose era were vegetables, pulses and flour cheaper?
09:50All this inflation, all this corruption happened after Nawaz Sharif.
09:57After that, you know, when the PDM government came, their own people,
10:02especially Mr. Rana Sinawala and Mr. Abid Sher Ali,
10:06gave statements at various times about what we had to do and what we were doing.
10:12In the first month, people thought that we would do something.
10:16But we could not do anything.
10:18We have made people suffer in every house.
10:21People pick up bags and give us badmintons.
10:24They say that there are insects in your grave.
10:27Now you see that there is a ruckus in every house.
10:29Electricity bills, petrol bills.
10:31No, now gas.
10:33At this time, there is a ruckus in every house.
10:37Mr. Nagbir, let me start with you.
10:39Tell us some good news.
10:41The budget has started today.
10:43What advice will you give?
10:45What should people do?
10:47How to survive?
10:49Expenses, taxes, all these things are now in front of you.
10:54So say something good.
10:56You always talk about happiness.
10:58You find a solution.
11:00So what solution are you finding in front of us?
11:03Look, we didn't have to do this show.
11:05After the budget, we would have put on a 10-year-old show.
11:09We would have put on a 5-year-old show.
11:11We would have put on a 3-year-old show.
11:13We would have put on a 2-year-old show.
11:14We would have put on a 1-year-old show.
11:16After the budget, this is the same story.
11:18Which we all have to repeat again and again.
11:20Whether it is the media, politicians, or anyone else.
11:23The question arises, what change have we brought?
11:26You have just told the statements of many politicians.
11:29In the media, there is all this talk about the budget,
11:32about taxes.
11:34Why so many taxes have been imposed?
11:36All this has been the same for 10, 15, 20, 25 years.
11:39There is no change.
11:41So ask these politicians.
11:43Ask the people in the media who have been raising their voice for 15-20 years.
11:47Ask them, what role have you played in raising your voice?
11:51Why have you not been able to bring about change?
11:54You may have heard Mr. Khakan Abbasi's statement.
11:56I would like to apologize to Mr. Khakan Abbasi.
11:59He always says, charity starts from home.
12:02You are the owner of an airline.
12:05Look at the fare of Airblue today.
12:07It is more than any other airline.
12:09If you talk about this, you say,
12:11peak days, peak hours,
12:13that is why the tickets are expensive.
12:15There you remember the terminologies.
12:17When the budget is made, and the terminologies are defined,
12:20you say that this is an enmity with the people.
12:22So if you look at charity, Mr. Mista Ismail,
12:24who is the Minister of Treasury of this country,
12:26he also presented a budget.
12:27What budget did he present,
12:29on which the people of Pakistan said,
12:31long live Mista Ismail, you have brought a great budget.
12:33So before talking about all this,
12:35the people are crying bitterly.
12:40They have been crying for years.
12:42If these people were really doing something for the people,
12:44or if we, who sit on the media,
12:46and give big speeches here,
12:48if we were really doing something,
12:50or if these politicians were really doing something,
12:52would the country have reached this point?
12:54This is a big question.
12:56By the way, Mr. Khawar Guman,
12:58the voice has to be raised.
13:00What did we do to you by raising our voice?
13:03Sir, we have to call for our share.
13:05What result did we get so far?
13:08Let's leave it.
13:10I will come to you, sir.
13:14Mr. Nagi, your opinion has come to light.
13:16The job of the media is to be a watchdog.
13:18We have to talk.
13:20Now, obviously, your words...
13:24Okay, I understand.
13:26There is a role of the media.
13:28The role of the media is to report whatever is happening.
13:30Give your opinion on it.
13:32Report again and again.
13:34Keep talking, don't stop.
13:37Okay, let's move on.
13:39Okay, Hassan,
13:41with real estate,
13:43obviously,
13:45some of your close people do business.
13:47Real estate in Pakistan,
13:49it is said that
13:5140-50 industries are directly attached to it.
13:53It is said that there are more than 30 industries.
13:5530 plus?
13:57Yes.
13:59More than that.
14:01There is a figure.
14:03Obviously, all of them are connected.
14:05What is the situation on the ground?
14:09After the budget,
14:11this is the sector
14:13with which many people are attached.
14:15Obviously, employment is attached.
14:17What is the situation?
14:19There is no work.
14:21Believe me,
14:23in Act 10 centers,
14:25where there are real estate offices,
14:27in G11 centers,
14:29I am talking about Istanbul,
14:31there are 3-4 offices
14:33vacant.
14:35They cannot pay the rent.
14:37So, they left.
14:39This is the ground reality.
14:41The business transactions,
14:43if you go to
14:45CDA,
14:47where there was a transfer,
14:49that has been reduced
14:51by one-fourth.
14:53The sale purchases,
14:55even in the new auctions,
14:57the buyer does not have
14:59the purchasing capacity.
15:01In the heart of Rawalpindi,
15:03Rawalpindi,
15:05in the city,
15:07the prime location of G11,
15:09there are two places
15:11that people want to sell
15:13but there are no buyers.
15:15This is the situation
15:17of this industry.
15:19This is a real estate thing.
15:21But mainly,
15:23the price of petrol
15:25increased yesterday.
15:27People were shocked.
15:29Along with that,
15:31the prices of electricity
15:33increased.
15:35We have been talking
15:37about this for the past
15:395-6 months.
15:41Even if Pakistan
15:43joins all the political
15:45leaders,
15:47they will give the same
15:49budget.
15:51What can be our way forward?
15:53How can we reduce our
15:55expenses?
15:57Our government
15:59has to decide
16:01this.
16:03But the more taxes
16:05have been imposed,
16:07in social welfare states,
16:09there are more taxes.
16:11Our state will be
16:13an Islamic state.
16:15The government
16:17who is providing
16:19subsidies to the people,
16:21who is providing
16:23facilities to the people,
16:25these are very
16:27harsh facts.
16:29Nawaz Sharif's
16:31tenure as Prime Minister
16:33showed that Pakistan
16:35has progressed.
16:37Ayub Khan's
16:39tenure showed
16:41that Pakistan
16:43has not progressed
16:45in any way.
16:47Chaudhary Gulamshan,
16:49the government says
16:51that they have brought
16:53the 13 trillion
16:55target and will
16:57achieve it.
16:59They also say
17:01that they are
17:03doing pension
17:05reforms.
17:07They have started
17:09privatization.
17:11Similarly,
17:13they are doing
17:15National Fiscal
17:17Pact.
17:19We have heard
17:21about this.
17:23But the lives of
17:25ordinary Pakistanis
17:27are becoming
17:29difficult.
17:31The problem is that
17:33we like their speeches
17:35and their slogans.
17:37So what should we do?
17:39How should we move forward?
17:41What is the solution
17:43in your opinion?
17:45If we want to give hope
17:47to the people,
17:49what should we do?

22:59The declaration of independence of these people was wrong, it then takes you back into a political
23:05party coming into existence.
23:07Once that is done and you come up with a revised result under 98, the three-day period kicks
23:12off again and the independents could be given a choice to go select whatever they want to
23:16go and the house is in order.
23:17We don't need to get into SIC, we don't need to get into proportional representation,
23:22the whole problem is solved.
23:24Basically, the Supreme Court's decision, the explanation of which is being told, the
23:29remarks that are being made so far, that the Election Commission did not do the right thing,
23:33that the Pakistan Tariq-e-Insaf Jamaat was present.
23:36The Chief Justice said the other day that if they had joined their own party, it would
23:40have been much better for them.
23:42But if the Interpretation Election Commission has done this, that the PTI people are free,
23:46they can go back and forth, they cannot join the PTI.
23:50If that correction is done, then everything will be fine.
23:53They can be given time to join again.
23:55But anyways, this was his opinion.
23:57Justice Atal Munalla also talked about how the wrong explanation of the decision was made.
24:03The whole premise of the work is that since they didn't hold party elections, therefore
24:09purportedly they were disqualified to hold themselves out to the people as a political
24:15party.
24:16If this premise is removed because this court or that judgment did not in any manner could
24:27be construed as disqualifying a political party.
24:32Now, there was a political party, enlisted political party.
24:37It was not delisted.
24:39The Election Commission, probably speaking for myself and all, did not fulfill its obligation
24:47and treated them as if they were a disqualified enlisted party.
24:54Now here you see, your whole premise is ruined.
25:00Justice Atal Munalla is saying that the whole case is that you have chosen a party which
25:08has a PTI.
25:10You could have either delisted it.
25:12If it was an enlisted party, then how could you deny that it cannot join with its party
25:18or that it will fight the elections without the party.
25:21If this is corrected, then the whole case is finished.
25:25Then on one occasion, Justice Ayesha Malik gave reference to the 2018 elections.
25:30There was an incident in KP that the Baab party did not fight the elections.
25:35The Baab party, which was present in the Senate, did not fight the elections in KP.
25:42Later, some free people joined the Baab party.
25:45And they were given a seat according to the ratio.
25:50So, all this argument that is being presented by the Election Commission,
25:55this is an example against it.
25:59Now, in this CM that's been fired by the Advocate General KPK,
26:05they say that in the previous election, you allowed reserve seats to the Balochistan Awami Party
26:13despite the fact that they didn't participate in the election,
26:16nor did they submit a list of candidates for reserve seats for women.
26:20Why has your position changed in this election?
26:23I have taken instructions on that CM, my ladyship,
26:27and under instructions I submit that the commission has gone through this record,
26:34the current commission as imposed.
26:37There was a context, my ladyship,
26:39after the 25th Constitutional Amendment when the FATA areas were merged,
26:45there's a context in which that happened.
26:47You are a constitutional body and you seem to be taking different stances
26:52as and when you understand the law, how you choose to understand the law.
26:57There has to be some consistency.
26:59You seem to be pulling things out of a hat and saying,
27:01now this is our position, previously that was our position.
27:06As Asha Malik said, it seems that when the heart says,
27:10the Election Commission takes out a new thing from its hat,
27:13and the lawyer of the Election Commission said,
27:15my ladyship, that was a past commission, it made a decision in a context.
27:19But now the current Election Commission is not in agreement with that decision.
27:26There have been many questions about this.
27:28After that, Justice Jamal Manto-Khel's barrister Gohar,
27:31who is the chairman of PTI, who has not yet been accepted by the Election Commission,
27:35had a meeting with him regarding the nomination papers.
27:41On the first date of hearing, I had asked you,
27:44specifically that you have submitted your party's declaration and certificate.
27:50Your answer was positive, I said yes.
27:52The document that they have given, your nomination paper,
27:56in that your declaration is null,
27:59in which nothing is written and there is no certificate.
28:02Was that statement correct or was this document correct?
28:05Every candidate can file four nomination forms.
28:08I had also filed two nomination forms.
28:10Two forms, one for the independent and one for the PTI,
28:13which they have not given to you.
28:15We have been allotted the signatures of independent candidates at 4 o'clock,
28:19whereas the Supreme Court decision came at 11 o'clock.
28:22And we collect the tickets on the day the allotment,
28:25the allotment is now simple, on the 13th.
28:28What you are doing, Your Honour, is that we had given the certificate at the wrong time.
28:31We had submitted the certificate at 4 o'clock on the 22nd.
28:33The decision of the Election Commission came at 9 o'clock.
28:36We have given two forms, one for the independent and one for the PTI.
28:42But in this document, there is no independent or PTI.
28:46They have concealed most of it.
28:49Your Honour, this is a very complex case.
28:51Obviously, the Supreme Court should decide on this.
28:53Mr. Ghulam Singh, you are watching and listening to this hearing.
28:56And if you agree with my opinion,
28:59then tell me that the decision of this case
29:02will have a very bad impact on the politics of Pakistan.
29:07What would you say?
29:11I would say that your 8th of February decision is correct.
29:16This PTI freedom should be released.
29:19They should be sent to jails.
29:21And they should be put behind bars.
29:24Whatever your motive was,
29:26when you snatched the ballot from them,
29:30you wanted PTI to be finished.
29:33The people of Pakistan have finished you.
29:37And they have made your conspiracy.
29:40Otherwise, you had done your job.
29:43You are blind.
29:45It was a sign of stupidity.
29:47K.
29:48What is K?
29:49You cannot make a picture of it.
29:51Turbine.
29:52He is a man of 85 years.
29:54He does not know a single word.
29:56He has a thumb impression.
29:58He does not know what a turbine is.
30:00And I can give you many more examples.
30:03The atrocities you have committed,
30:05the people of Pakistan have humiliated you so much
30:08that now you are crying.
30:10I say that you should release the people who are sitting inside the assembly.
30:14Hang them all.
30:16But you cannot defeat the people of Pakistan.
30:19You will not be able to.
30:21And sooner or later,
30:23will of the people will prevail.
30:25I do not agree with these remarks of the Supreme Court.
30:29After every other minute,
30:31many people keep changing.
30:33The Election Commission has played havoc with this country.
30:37And I stand by this statement.
30:40Do what you like.
30:42Mr. Nagvi.
30:44Look, Mr. Chaudhary says one thing.
30:47If there were horses, people would be walking.
30:49This is the answer to that.
30:51But what I said a while ago,
30:53the truth was proven in just 10 minutes.
30:55I said a while ago,
30:57what we media people and politicians do.
30:59We come, talk a little, and then move on.
31:01We started a conversation on the budget.
31:03Five minutes later, that conversation changed
31:05and came to a subject of ratings.
31:07The thing is that we have to talk on each account of the budget.
31:10If we really want to talk about the people,
31:12if we really want to talk about the convenience of the people,
31:15then we have to talk openly on each correction,
31:17on each text.
31:19Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto did a great favor on this country by nationalizing.
31:22He took all the property from those families,
31:25property under the national government,
31:28which was made with our own money.
31:30All those families had come to the banks,
31:32took loans from the banks,
31:34from there they set up all those mills and factories.
31:36And it was of our own money.
31:38When Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto took weapons from them,
31:40after that, the economy of Pakistan was ruined.
31:43The same work will have to be done again.
31:45All these elites who are sitting,
31:47all these Arab leaders who are sitting in this country,
31:49set up big mills and factories,
31:51set up big businesses,
31:53set up big airlines,
31:54set up big houses.
31:55We will have to get all this from them.
31:57It is of the people's money.
31:59And for that, we will have to take a big step
32:01if we want to save Pakistan
32:03and want to make the people comfortable.
32:05Yes.
32:06By the way, Mr. Nagvi,
32:08your opinion is in its place,
32:10but the policy of nationalization,
32:12across the board,
32:13the majority,
32:14their opinion, the economists' opinion is that
32:16that wasn't a good decision.
32:17Anyways, your opinion came forward.
32:18You are saying that we should go back to nationalization.
32:20Yes, we should go back to nationalization.
32:22Okay, I am coming to that.
32:24Okay, Mr. Chaudhary.
32:26Look, there is an explanation on this.
32:28The lawyers of the Election Commission
32:30are giving an opinion
32:32that whatever they did was in accordance with the law.
32:34But there is another opinion on this
32:36because this is a matter of proportional representation.
32:38But you, like you,
32:40were crediting me.
32:42This is the law of the law.
32:44I am coming to the same point.
32:46So, look, Mr. Hassan,
32:48I know.
32:50So, now,
32:52my question is that
32:54this decision,
32:56in my opinion,
32:58it will be an atomic explosion.
33:00It can be decided on any side
33:02because it would change
33:04Pakistan's political scenario altogether.
33:06Look, whether it changes or not,
33:08the thing is that
33:10there should be proportional representation
33:12in the eyes of Pakistan.
33:14This is the position of the Chief Justice.
33:16We, as philosophers,
33:18or as intellectuals,
33:20should not think that
33:22we should fall under his interpretation.
33:24He said that there is no abhorrence in the constitution.
33:26He said that it is very clear.
33:28This is not his opinion.
33:30I am telling you that
33:32if there is a need for interpretation
33:34in any law or constitution of Pakistan,
33:36then there is only one institution in Pakistan
33:38which has this right.
33:40Who has this right?
33:42The Supreme Court.
33:44Where there is a need for interpretation.
33:46Where there is a need for interpretation.
33:48Secondly, the most beautiful thing
33:50that the Chief Justice said today,
33:52he said that the Supreme Court of Pakistan
33:54is a constitutional court.
33:56He said that the Election Commission of Pakistan
33:58is also a legal institution.
34:00If, supposedly,
34:02someone works beyond the law,
34:04then that matter will come to us.
34:06But, in matters of the Election Commission,
34:08the court should be advised
34:10not to interfere.
34:12The court should be advised
34:14that the court is also a legal institution
34:16and the Election Commission is also a legal institution.
34:18This is one thing.
34:20Secondly, when you were talking
34:22about the justice system,
34:24the tickets of Justice Attar Manila
34:26were not issued.
34:28They were declared independent.
34:30The thing is that
34:32the justice system has its own constitution.
34:34It has a ticket issuing authority.
34:36In the absence of that authority,
34:38there was no alternate authority
34:40that could issue tickets.
34:42Therefore, the tickets that have been issued
34:44of the justice system,
34:46those tickets,
34:48those tickets can be issued.
34:50One thing is this.
34:52Secondly,
34:54I will conclude my last point.
34:56Secondly, Justice Ayesha Malik
34:58gave a reference to the people
35:00of the Baab Party
35:02on the basis of independence.
35:04She gave a reference.
35:06She gave a reference.
35:08The thing is that
35:10while we are talking,
35:12our throats are bursting.
35:14If someone has made a mistake in the past,
35:16it should not be repeated.
35:18If you have made a mistake,
35:20it should not be repeated.
35:22This is true.
35:24There was a political party.
35:26If your political party is listed,
35:28you can associate with it.
35:30They say we did not make a mistake.
35:32Viewers, let's take a break.
35:34We will talk after the break.
35:36Please, Mr. Joe.
35:40Number one,
35:42if we had to take a reference from them,
35:44it would have been that
35:46PTI can apply for another symbol.
35:50We cannot get a uniform symbol.
35:52They were not participating.
35:54That is a different matter.
35:56Let's take a break.
35:58Number two,
36:00the Election Commission has
36:02violated the constitution.
36:04They have given it to Khawar Guman.
36:06They should justify it.
36:08It is written in the constitution.
36:10Mr. Chaudhary,
36:12if you have given your vote to Khawar Guman,
36:14you should go to the court
36:16and prove it.
36:18We are talking about Mr. Chaudhary.
36:20We are talking about Mr. Chaudhary.
36:22We are talking about Mr. Chaudhary.
36:24We are talking about Mr. Chaudhary.
36:26Let's take a break.
36:28Let's take a break.
