00:00I can tell you that I enjoyed myself really, really much today.

00:07Thank you all for coming out, for supporting tennis in this event.

00:12And I can tell you that pain-free tennis is the best tennis.

00:20Were you pain-free?

00:21I was, I was pain-free.

00:25It was a great test, obviously, against one of the best players in the world.

00:29I played a couple of practice sets in the last few days.

00:33I really wanted to come out here to test my knee, to see how I feel, move around, try to stay low.

00:45The ball bounces very low on the grass, especially here.

00:48And the test was very successful, so I'm obviously really glad.

00:52I was about to say, did you pass your own test there?

00:55Yeah, I think so. I think the team will be happy.

00:59It's been an intense three weeks after surgery, spending a lot of hours rehabbing and trying to get myself ready for Wimbledon.

01:11I kind of always wanted to give myself a chance to be in London.

01:15I think my surgeon is here.

01:19What's his name?

01:21He's an absolute legend.

01:24Yeah, he's the MVP, for sure, in the last three weeks.

01:28It's always both.

01:31And also next to him is Jean-Georges, who is both from France, and he's a specialist for the knee.

01:37So they both did a great job.

01:39Thank you so much.

01:42Without them, the whole thing here today wouldn't be possible.

01:48We wouldn't have been playing Wimbledon, so I'm really thankful.

01:51I'm trying to take it day by day, see how far it goes.

01:57No.

01:58Who comes back from a meniscus spear and two weeks later is on the court, having already trained this week?

02:05It's just remarkable.

02:06Taylor Fritz.

02:09Two years ago.

02:11Three years ago, pretty much the same situation.

02:14Actually, I had probably four or five days more than him.

02:19He was the first person I reached out to when I found out that he had similar injury and circumstances.

02:28He was very kind to share his journey and really helped out with some of the experiences and some of the advices on how to approach it.

02:36Because it was the first time I had this kind of knee injury, so I asked him.

02:40I asked many athletes, you know, Marinka, Lindsay Wong, Vaska, Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

02:47I asked everyone who I know that had a knee.

02:50He got all their phone numbers, right?

02:53Yeah.

02:55And they were all very kind, very kind to share some of their experiences, as I said,

03:00and maybe give me contacts of certain people that can help me out.

03:04So, that's actually how I met John George.

03:07So, that's very nice.

03:09Well, let's go back.

03:10I know you're a busy man.

03:15Was it just as beautiful this year as previous years?
