00:11Because the Holy Prophet said that when someone is free from Salah,

00:15if he does not break his ablution and sits there,

00:19then as long as this happens, the angels keep doing Dua-e-Bakhshish-e-Maghfirat for him.

00:24However, if he breaks his ablution or walks while standing,

00:27then the chain of forgiveness will stop.

00:30So, this is the benefit of doing Zikr-e-Ilahi while sitting.

00:34But if you want to get up, then there is no obligation to do it while sitting.

00:37You can also do it while getting up.
